After a long day of remodeling our basement, having our AC go down, and being 8:00 at night, we decided to go out for some refueling at the Casper Buffalo Wild Wings. I've seen a lot of negative reviews lately, but I prefer to make own assessments. We waited only a couple of minutes before being seated at a booth. Ciera greeted us and took our drink orders. The beer was cold. The food was served quickly, as ordered, and the cheese curds were amazing. It wasn't excessively busy, and my old ears appreciated that the volume was such that a conversation could be held. It was a delightful experience and I'll be back. read more

The food is always mediocre. But that is not my complaint. I was charged for three PPV boxing admissions that I didn't watch. Moreover, Canelo vs. Crawford was free on Netflix. BWW employees did not know the public was privy of something widely known, and all boxing fans were aware of the Netflix deal. In addition to all that Dana White who is the promoter of MMA promoted the boxing match. Therefore, additional hidden fees did not justify. According to BWW employees, Corporate pushed it and waited to the last minute to bamboozle THEIR customers. To that I say: you lost 3 customers for life. The ambiance is mediocre as well... Check your receipts folks, because corporate BWW has no problem cheating customers for more than they deserve. Do not wait until you are home to fully look at your receipts. Came to B dubs after they completed their remodel. First of all, they're out of multiple items because a truck didn't come in. Okay, that's fine, I'm an adult, so I order something else. Wait 45 minutes, wrong food comes out. Ask for the right food, few minutes later, new wrong food comes out. Wtf?! I just ate it because I'm starving and pissed off. Takes forever to get your food. Wings ironically aren't very good. The burgers, if you can get one still warm are actually pretty good.

I have been here many many times over the years and it just keeps getting worse. I hate that fact because we used to love it. The table ordered 10 wings a patty melt burger and a side of fries to go with the wings plus drinks. The fries came out literally two minutes after we ordered. So they sat there and got cold as we waited another 25 minutes for our meals to come. I found this completely unacceptable as there is only maybe four other tables in the entire restaurant with people sitting at them. As a restaurant owner myself, I know it is not that difficult to time food to come out together. The burger was incredibly greasy. The bread was burned, and the bacon was solid fat. The waiter saw my plate still full, but did not even ask if there was anything wrong. This is yet another chain that deserves to die. read more

I order from Buffalo Wild Wings approximately every other month; at times more often. Their pick up service is always bad. There is never anyone to assist with pick up orders. Other employees ie hostess or wait staff are available but ignore you standing at the counter. Today I waited over 20 minutes from the order pick up time to get the order. I'm not a fan of Bdubs as it is but I came in optimistic. Instantly walked in the door and this place smelled like dirty dishwater mixed with BO and dirty feet. I almost left. The bartender is busting her butt and very sweet but she was unable to give great service because she was so busy. I got the "ultimate nachos" and they were anything but. Dirty restaurant (sticky floors, smelled like spilled drinks, took forever for someone to come to our table even though it was empty and there were staff everywhere), waitress smelled like cigarettes, random bone-in wing we bit into when we were eating our boneless order, carrots had rotten spots on them - a very easy thing to spot and not plate/serve, half of the plumbing in the bathroom was out of order. This place has got a strange sense of humor- we are in the middle of a pandemic, they have an outdoor patio with seats and dust covered tables, it is 75 degrees, and... They won't let people sit on the patio. Holy what the fuck kind of shit is this?? I mean, run your business, but this is the 2nd time my family of 4 has stopped by and went to a different place instead. Indoors is a bad place to be with covid. The host said, "it's because people kept moving the tables, so upper management just said to close it down." It sounds plausible but manageable. Like, throw some bolts into the concrete? In town visiting family and ate here the food was delicious! My cousin ordered Mild Buffalo Traditional wings, when they came out her reaction was, "wow. Look at these wings, they are so bright and glowing. I can't wait to eat them..." she loved them! The rest of the food was great. When you are particularly hangry and order something plain because you are allergic to the vegetables and after waiting over an hour for your food, it arrives covered in the vegetables you asked to be omitted. It's ok, it happens. But when the server takes it back and returns with the exact same burger and cold fries that you just saw... well, something is amiss. It smells like onions and tomatoes, why? I enjoy coming for the food and sports! We had good service for our food and drinks, but we were there at 9 pm. ( the place closes at 10). I went to go to the restroom and it was closed for cleaning! Also a carpet was rolled up and laying in the walk way to the front door and rest room. I asked what was going on and was told they usually close at 930 on Thursday. this was disappointing considering the 3 other people and I that came to watch a game and enjoy food and drinks, spent well over $150!!! Spent all week in Casper working. Their covid-19 rules are ridiculous! No open seating in the bar. You can't sit outside. Ordered a large order of wings only allowed 2 sauces now. No menus, so your screwed if you don't have a smart phone. I'm over the covid nonsense, but BWs is by far the worst in Casper. We chose this location as we were only in town overnight and we thought overall Buffalo Wild Wings would have something for us. We walked in and there was no greeter at the pedestal. Walking towards the pedestals we saw an employee leaning up against the wall. She asked how many and where would we like to sit offering us three choices , we chose the patio. The young lady disappeared and came out close to the greeters Dias. She said something, not sure what but she started walking away, so we followed anyway. Out on the patio the hostess gestures towards some tables. We chose one but it was dirty. The hostess placed the menus on the table and was about to leave. We asked if the table could be cleaned. The hostess obliged and cleaned 3/4' of the table. Wow, we thought! On the brighter side, Alexander was our waiter, he was a good waiter and looked after us promptly and politely. When traveling, and even at home, I try really hard to eat at locally owned businesses. However, I do like the Buffalo Wild Wings chain, and drop into one about once a month when I want a half-decent lunch. The environment and food tends to be very consistent. But this one in Casper..yikes. Two problems. First off, their wifi was down. Bummer, but the second problem was much worse. When the bill for my lunch came I thought I'd been overcharged. I always order the same thing for lunch at every Buffalo in the country, and the bill (with decent tip included) always comes in at $20. But in Casper, the same lunch came to over $23 (without the tip) bringing my total cost with tip close to $30. Turns out I had not been overcharged. It was explained to me by the waitress that the Casper location of Buffalo charges inflated places... because they can. Turns out all those workers in the oil fields love to stop in at Buffalo and they're willing to pay higher prices for their wings and beer, and Buffalo is happy to gouge their wallets. I know Buffalo isn't the only chain with different prices for different markets, but I still can't help but lose some respect for them. Casper, overall, is not a fancy place, and I know a lot of the guys working the oil fields came from far away to make money for their families, doing very hard jobs. Clearly, Buffalo doesn't force the oil workers to eat there, but I wish Buffalo would get their hands out the oil workers' pockets, and subsequently my pockets as well. read more

I have been here several times over the past few years and the time has finally come for me to write a review, say'n? The food - consistently delicious. Well flavored wings that always hit the spot. The service - consistently poor. As if the waiting staff is always having a bad day. They come off as irritable, impatient, and inattentive. Which doesn't affect my dining experience but it sure effects their tip. Although the service is less than acceptable, I'll most likely return, solely because of the exceptional food. read more

Prior my dinner tonight, I was a loyal customer of BWW. As we walked in the staff ignored us for about 10 minutes. We were finally seated, the waiter had to be asked three times for sweetener. Finally the crem de la crem, when we waited for about 20 minutes and so I raised my glass to get literally anyones attention, the manager came out, criticized me for being "incredibly rude", she then angrily got me the water, I said thank you to no response. When I'm on the road, particularly in places with local cuisines that leave the palette with something to be desired, i often find a certain respite in Bdubs. Call it comfort food, i guess. I've found that even Bdubs can fall victim to the same symptoms of a culinary desert as any local restaurant; this particular BWWs especially. I got boneless wings (easier to eat with a beard): five sweet bbq, five mango habenero (my favourite) and five Thai Curry. The five sweet bbq wings were absolutely sauced down to perfection. The chicken was cooked perfectly, they were warm, not too crispy, and delicious. However, the five habenero and five thai curry wings were barely sauced at all. It looked as if someone had accidentally gotten a little sauce on them. They basically tasted like chicken mcnuggets. I had to order extra sauce (which i'm sure they charged me for, i didn't look) to dip my supposedly sauced wings in. I surmised that the cook was trying to protect me from myself. I'm sure patrons in the past didn't finish their wings because they were too spicy. I don't need to be babysat, mr cook. I know what i'm ordering. I'm a grown man. I like spicy things. That is why I came to an establishment that offers fucking HOT WINGS. read more
