I have come here once to pick up some wings and enjoy a game at the sports bar. It was the middle of the week and mostly empty. There were only one or two people working here at the time. No one came up to us for about ten minutes until we called someone. They pointed to our table and gave us menus. We had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come around and take our orders. We ordered some drinks and wings. Food took another twenty minutes to come out. The food was partially cold and dry. The wings were very salty. Almost to the point that they were not edible. No one checked on us afterwards. We could have just walked out of there and no one would have noticed. We finally were able to call them to provide us with the bill. I was just about to take out some cash so we could head out. There was no reason to wait so long for subpar service. What are they doing here? I would not come here again. My order came out wrong (like the wrong dish entirely), so they had to make a new order. Even after finishing my food, I had to wait 5-10 minutes just to get the check. The poor waitress seemed to be bussing and serving half of the tables in the restaurant herself, so there wasn't much attention to get refills or help when I needed it. Another hour for my food and let me not even forget to mention all the mess up with our order and how cold and over cooked everything was! We weren't given utensils either. I ended speaking to the manager who took off some of the items in our order but didn't seem to really care. As a person who has personally worked front of the house and back of the house in restaurants/ catering events/ kitchens etc. I know how it all works and from a managers point of view , the goal should ALWAYS be to make the customer happy. & no , I am not trying to use that whole "the customer is always right " crap. But when you know you are down on staffing and that your kitchen is backed up, it is your job to make sure the customer leaves happy.
