This is a huge sports bar. There's a small area in the front of the restaurant and a large area towards the back where the bar is also located. High ceilings and TV screens on every wall. Booth seating along the walls. Prompt service. There's a little iPad type device on the table. I was hoping to be able to order and check out here but all I could see is a wide selection of games and the offer to become a rewards member. Ordered the Chicken wings lunch: There is a variety of sauces to choose from. Interestingly there is an additional choice of a dry rub instead of sauces. We ordered bourbon honey mustard. This sauce was subtle and not spicy at all. Served with choice of ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce for the carrot and celery sticks. I'd say both were fresh (another Yelper said theirs had been sitting out for a while). Caesar salad was OK. The chicken wings were very lightly coated with the sauce. Without the sauce, the chicken meat was bland. The sauce was not enough for me to keep licking my fingers. With each mouthful, I didn't think "I just have to have more....!". I really wanted these wings to be mind blowing and flavorful. After all, this is what they do! Did not order any beer, but interestingly, they state they are "the first restaurant in the country to create our own nucleated glasses...which is a technical way of saying your beer'll be bubblier". The subject of nucleated vs. non-nucleated glassware seems to have spurred some debate amongst the beer aficionados. Some bloggers have stated it appears a beer in a nucleated glass is just about flat if you take up-to-an-hour. But back to the food itself. I'd say the wings are mediocre at best which is disappointing. read more

Good food, distributor list beer selection, awesome tv viewing, service is horrendous (10 minutes to be greeted at table, another 10 minutes to get beer, multiple people coming to our table making small talk (just get our drinks), staff is mostly a bunch of young uber inexperienced servers (not their fault), floor managers either over worked dealing with inexperienced staff or jus don't get it (asked for napkins and got "just a minute" while manager talking to a server). Guess it's just the curse of being a former server. Wait 6 months to allow them to settle down, or go at opening time before staff and management get weeded. read more

I'd never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before, so I was excited to come to the new restaurant at Bellis Fair. We came early on a week night to sample the wings. The restaurant is much bigger than I expected...particularly for a restaurant at the Mall. There are tons of TVs, this is a sports bar, after all. The staff were very friendly, those who greeted us were still working out the kinks, but still took good care of us. Our server seemed new and a bit tentative. He tried hard to take good care of us. We ordered wings (no surprise) and they came pretty quick. We tried a medium sauce to start, they have quite a few. Our waiter referred a captain to our table, who helped us sample some different sauces. We tried 4 different sauces (Caribbean Jerk, Honey BBQ, Jammin Jalapeño, and Thai Curry) and a new cherry BBQ sauce was offered. The Caribbean Jerk was the favorite at our table, a perfect and flavorful medium sauce. We ordered a snack size of wings first (we had a welcome postcard from Buffalo for a free snack size). Then we ordered some mozzarella sticks to have next and then a large order of wings to share. My son is a wings fan and said that they were really good, crisp on the outside (the first wings we had were seasoned with a rub rather than a sauce) and hot and flavorful on the inside. The large order came next with handy stickers on the paper labeling each of the four sauces we had chosen. The wings were very good...they didn't last long. We asked the runner who brought the wings for more napkins. She never returned. We asked our waiter about the mozzarella sticks, he stammered a bit and said the ordered had gotten lost "back there". We also asked for more napkins. He brought the mozzarella sticks (a paltry 5 sticks) and...we had to ask for napkins, again. At a wings place...really? 3 requests for more napkins? This is a sports bar, it's loud with TVs everywhere you look. But it's clean, well-staffed, and hoppin'. It seems to be well run, I am sure once things get settled, the service will improve. read more

Dropped food on floor and had to wait for my meal. Finally got it once everyone at my table had finished theirs... thought they would comp my meal but no just a $5credit Food was over cooked and dry. Not worth the prices read more

Went here for happy hour and was disappointed. Our waiter was a jerk... Making snarky comments about other tables and drug use....no thank you! Not to mention his rude attitude about our table and the amount of time it took him to refill drinks, waters, ect. Especially when I could see him chatting with friends while holding my drink five feet away from our table. The wings were mediocre and their happy hour menu was disappointing for a spot that compares itself to sports bars. I will not be returning. read more

This is my favorite place to go for wings, I love their honey BBQ wings. Tuesday's they have a deal for buy one get one free on snack sizes, so it's a great way to get a lot for a little. You can also mix of the flavors and try them all out! read more

I never thought I'd like a chain, but I'm addicted to a few flavors of their wings and pickle chips. Pros? Service is fast and typically friendly Lots of taps and always good IPA options Soooo many flavors of wings, both dry rub and sauce Half off bone in wings on Tuesdays Seems to always be consistent quality Cons? Don't get a burger here- it's a wing place and they're not good! Boneless wings are all breading read more

Defiantly a chain bar but it's fun. Plenty of beer and TVs. Game days get a little crazy but the food is decent. It's hit or miss on your server. Some are awesome others could use some training. Overall a place I will frequent because it's within walking distance. read more

The last few times we have visited Buffalo Wild Wings, we have found it to be SO busy that our service is lacking. Most recently, my husband ordered a beer which didn't come with the rest of our drinks as our waitress forgot about it. He had to flag her down to ask when it was coming. Our wings came out barely covered in sauce, to the extend that I had to ask for a side of sauce so I could dip them which also didn't come. I had to flag the waitress down to remind her for the sauce. Additionally we had ordered an appetizer which didn't come out early. Rather it came out at the same time as our wings. I have found this type of lackluster service to be the case the last several times we have gone. And for $65 for our food, we are going to start going elsewhere. For equally if not better wings and definitely better service, I recommend going to Scotty Browns. read more

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. But this location is HORRIBLE! I went there for my birthday and got horrible service. The server wouldn't move from one end of the table. We had to yell our orders to her. She talked so quiet- no one could hear her. She tossed my ID across the table, made us pass drinks down instead of passing us our own drinks. Decided to get take out another night to avoid the horrible service. I thought... this can't go wrong. Well guess what. Half of my order wasn't in there. The order wasn't checked. I had to drive back and pick up the other half of my order. So half of my food was cold. They barely even apologized. I will definitely not be coming back here. I'm really disappointed. read more

Mane fuck this wack ass establishment. Didn't give me my wings for forty minutes ended up getting them to go because they was some imaginary wings I guess. Waiters boss yelled at her instead of letting her do her job and get those wings boxed. Feeling bad for the BWW staff today. Standing in solidarity with the BWW staff because they are victims. Spent a lot of money on high end restaurants and bars this weekend in Anacortes, all of which were bad experiences so this visit was refreshing. We took a break from shopping and got the black cherry mojito and the long island ice tea with garlic mushrooms. Each one tasted great. I recommend the mojito. It starts with the marachino cherry flavor ending with mint but my husband thought it was a light licorice. It was a nice linger. The mushrooms were fried perfectly golden crisp and served at a perfect temp; not soggy or burning. My drink was forgot about but quickly recovered. The only downfall is that the sports casting on the large screens were a lot of loud noise pollution making it hard to relax from shopping and relieving a headache. So, not so relaxing. But overall we were happy read more

I went on a Saturday afternoon with a group of five. We waited 30 minutes for our table, which we were expecting. I liked our booth because it was tucked away by the bar. It was chilly, so I was glad I had my sweatshirt. Our service was really slow, we were there for 2.5 hours and we didn't even have drinks, apps or dessert. I wouldn't recommend it as a quick place to grab a bite, this might be different on a weekday. I'm giving it three stars because everyone finished their food and the prices were decent. read more

Ambience: It is a clean and family friendly restaurant. Staff are friendly. Service: This place is completely understaffed. My bf and I asked for mango lemonade and had to wait freakin' 20 minutes for it. The wings were served without any napkins, and really for a place that serves wings, that should be automatic! Everyone was friendly but service was completely comprimised due to it being understaffed. Food: It was an okay meal. There's nothing special about it. It's wings with just different sauces and that's about it. Nachos were too salty for me, so stay away from it. Verdict: A place you'll go if you don't have any other choice. read more

3 strikes yer out! This place is HORRIBLE! We visited for the first time when they just opened. It wasn't great, but we thought they were just getting the kinks worked out. We tried again a few months after that and it was still horrible. At that point we decided we'd probably never go back. Cut to today when our daughter said she'd never been there and wanted to give it a try. Pros: Greeted quickly by the server. Cons: Placed an order for two appetizers. The pretzels came out dry, hard, and couldn't be bitten into by our daughter with her braces. The cheese sticks were cold and didn't stretch like cheese sticks generally do. Both appetizers cost nearly $8 a piece. The order is placed. When it arrives the delivery person knocked over our daughter's drink. He placed a bunch of napkins down, but it didn't come close to mopping up the mess. He did not offer to get her a refill. My husband insisted upon a refill, which was brought, but without a straw. I wanted a refill, but the server was helping a table of 20 (while the rest of the place was pretty dead), and he never noted a refill was needed. I finally asked another person and fetched my own straw. My daughter's burger was so overdone that she wouldn't eat it. She ended up leaving the whole thing and ate her fries instead. I ordered a side of mac and cheese...which was not brought out with the meal. When it was pointed out to the server it did arrive about 5 minutes later...and fresh out of the microwave. The noodles were like eating rubber erasers. My chips did not come with salsa like advertised. The tortillas that held my wraps was so dry that I dumped the contents of the wrap and tossed the tortilla to the side. It's a cool place to sit and watch games, and possibly drink a beer, but the food is HORRIBLE! We will NEVER be back. read more

The first time I went to this location, I had a great experience. Our server, I believe her name was Emily, was phenomenal. The wait was a little long, but it was a Friday night at a new restaurant. Not to mention she was constantly checking in/apologizing for the wait. It's been a really long time since I've had that good of service. Not to mention their wings are delicious! Then for a company dinner just a few nights later, we decided to check the place out again. There was going to be 16 of us, and since they don't take reservations, our HR called ahead to let them know that we would be in around 6 o'clock. One member of our party arrived at 5:30 to get our name on the list. He was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. The rest of us staggered in between then and 6. We checked in with the hostess around 6:15 and she said it would still be a few minutes. At 6:45, we finally left and went somewhere else for dinner. I get they're busy and its a new place, so I don't mind waiting. But tables of up to 8 were getting seated before us when they would come in 20-40 minutes after us. Something about that just doesn't exactly scream the best service to me. I would go back for the food if I had a small party, but honestly there are so many places I would rather spend my money. Our lovely server the first time is the reason I give this place two stars. read more

I went during the day time so it was not that busy. My overall experience was not bad at all. I have been to a few BWW and I will say this is my favorite. They workers were nice and the manager was even nicer. They worker accidentally made a mistake and ordered my food way earlier than my friends. I wasn't too bummed because it came out really quick. The manager gave those wings to me for free because he wanted me to eat the same time as my friends so rang up another order and told me to eat those wings as an appetizer. It did however take a long time to get the bill and for them to take it but it wasn't that long that it made me angry. Overall the experience was good. I will come back again. read more

This BWW is so f'd. Unorganized!!! We got here at 1030 and over half the restaurant is empty including the patio but they don't have enough staff so people are just jammed in here waiting. So 45 minutes later they are FINALLY starting to seat people. Food is good so we wait and love all the tvs and atmosphere. Food I'd rate 3.5 stars but drop it to a 2 overall read more

Wish I read the reviews on here before recommending heading there with a few friends. The food was actually not bad, it was the service that was terrible: - 10 minutes to get greeted (and had to FIND somebody) - 45 minutes after ordering (yes, seriously) for the first round of draft beer - 45 minutes after ordering for appies - 1.5 hours after ordering for dinner The place wasn't even that busy. The waitress told us multiple times "sorry for ignoring you guys." Here's an idea, just don't ignore us? At the end when she finally gave us our bills, her exact words were "yah, I wouldn't tip me if I were in your shoes." Yikes. read more

We went the first time when our television went out and we wanted to watch the Hawks game. That was both the most exhilarating and loud experience I have ever had watching a game. It's super enthusiastic and everybody keeps it pretty clean, but there are about 40 television screens in case you are wanting to watch something other than the Hawks game. The wings are nice and messy, the sauces are delicious and the service is fast and super friendly. Beer selection is pretty decent and they do raffles sometimes during the games, which are fun. Don't sit in the private room if you can help it - we got trapped in there with the rudest bunch of teenagers for a game and they couldn't re-seat us. GO EARLY if you're wanting to watch a Hawks game. read more

The past three times we've gone here it's been a disappointment. For the price we pay, the quality of the cocktail and food is not satisfactory. We ordered drinks first and I'm not sure if it's regulated but they were very very weak for almost 10$ each, and we don't even drink often. Then the chef cooked our food wrong which was okay, accidents happen and naked tenders probably aren't ordered often. But when we got them our appetizer wasn't with it and we never got it. The quality of the chicken went down and was smothered in pepper, too. Probably to cover the bad flavor. The bartender was sweet but I can't trust the company. Three strikes you're out. We won't be coming back. read more

Its buffalo wild wings. Unfortunately it seems like they don't really sauce the wings much at this location, not sure what is going on with that. Some of my wings barely had any sauce But otherwise it's just fine. Most of the staff is no longer wearing masks, just a heads up. read more

I love Buffalo wings (or their boneless counterparts), so I decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time while visiting my parents in Bellingham. We went for dinner on a Thursday when they had their boneless wings on special. The chicken and hot Buffalo sauce was decent, but I've had much better and they could have used more sauce. The carrots weren't very fresh and the celery was very stringy. Even with the discount the price was high, probably because of how much advertising the chain does. The TV sound was also far too loud. read more

I tend to go late at night on the weekends, around 12:00 or 1:00 A.M. It's usually empty and my service is quick. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is for one time out of the many. My wings didn't have enough sauce so they were pretty dry... read more

I had a great time at this BWW. I stopped by after some Black Friday shopping. Kayla was my server and she was amazing. She was super friendly and knew the menu very well. I ordered a mushroom burger and the person I was with ordered some boneless wings. The burgers here are all cooked one way, well done. That was my mistake because I went to a place that specializes in wings and I order a damn burger. It wasn't the best burger I had ever had, but the wings definitely ranked top 5 in my book. As always, I was more observant of the service and Kayla nailed it. She hit the two-bite rule, was quick to offer refills, and she had our check ready when we asked. She even offered a brief conversation about shopping. Well done! Thank you for the great service. read more
