It's a prime spot for watching sports -- giant screens line the walls and hang over the central bar, so there's truly not a bad seat in the house. It's clearly a popular takeout spot too; they had a whole section blocked off just for pickups. Eva was our server and did a great job checking in throughout the game. Food took a while to come out, but with a packed house during the Super Bowl, that's expected. Honestly, it worked out -- it helped me pace my snacking strategically. The two of us shared the Ultimate Sampler (mozzarella sticks, onion rings, pretzel bites, and crispy dippers). The standout was definitely the pretzel bites with beer cheese -- elite combo. And you can never go wrong with mozzarella sticks dunked in marinara. We also ordered 10 boneless wings -- half honey garlic, half lemon pepper dry rub. My only critique is that they felt more like glorified chicken tenders because of the heavy breading. That one's on me; I just wouldn't order them again. Really, really unfortunate. I wish I could give a higher score, i've been a bww fan since i was a kid. This place is not the standard whatsoever. The 2nd star is only for the wait staff, who despite football season, have been very kind and accommodating. Do not leave without checking your order if you get take-out. Over the past year i've been to this location in bellingham, i struggle to count on one hand the amount of times they've gotten it right. I've had whole boxes of food missing from our orders. I can't remember the last time i didn't have to ask for the sauces on the way out. The boneless wings used to be worth the price, now it's just scraps of chicken no bigger than a coin-turn bouncy ball and 110% breading. I'm almost convinced they save the shoddy ones for the take-out orders. Burger patties are usually burned, fries often come out cold. Premium prices for food i have to throw away anyways. Can't bring it back once you take it home. Check and double check before you drive away. Would love to be able to enjoy this place again. Won't be back until things change, and I don't have high hopes at the moment. My partner is physically disabled, and we can't sit dine inside as much as we'd prefer to. WOW---I've been here twice. Both times, extremely slow service. Fairly common for servers to spend too much time chatting with each other, sometimes with their phones out. The dressing wasn't subbed, just gave us ranch and we didn't get the Spicy Garlic Sauce either. Plus, the chicken tenders were so skimpy they looked like something ordered off the child's menu. And the last two times we ordered? Same deal. Something was missing; skimpy portions, and overall just way overvalued for what you get. What's even more frustrating is that everything you order is on the receipt that's taped or stapled to the bag. So, they have at least two or three chances to get it right yet ultimately don't. I come here when I want to watch UFC or a Seahawks game. No matter where you sit, you will have plenty of t.v.'s to see. They also have a large variety of beers, some ciders and mixed drinks. There is plenty of wait staff so you never have to wait long if you want something else. I am not impressed with the food. For starters they don't tell you how many wings are in a small, medium or large. The poor waitress has to explain this to every table. There are no prices on the drinks. The nachos have hardly any toppings which leave you with a pile of naked chips. I do like that they have a large variety of flavors for the wings. read more

I ordered through the app and used a gift card to pay for part of the order. There was an error and the gift card didn't get applied when I checked out. I called to get a refund and to reorder with the new gift card and they said they would refund me. I waited for two weeks and the refund hadn't gone through. I had to call them again and they said they would try and locate the orders and give me a refund. I still don't know if they were able to find it and if I will get a refund. It takes 5-7 days to get a refund which seems abnormal for a chain of their size. I'm normally a fan of street tacos and welcome the variations in tastes. There was plenty of meat (cubed children), but the flavors in the sauces (ranchish dressing & something) seemed to conflict. Our first visit finally! A convenient easily accessible location. Nice clean environment and very "busy" but not a long waiting time for seating. Our server Jonathan was welcoming, friendly and efficient. As the pic shows we chose a "variety" of sauces to gage the flavor level. The boneless wings were moist, tender and true to the flavors chosen which was great and not always the case! The fries were crisp and tasty accompanied by the fresh celery and carrot sticks as a balance making it a well rounded meal deliciously prepared. Must say my fav was the Bourbon Honey Mustard Wings! However, what makes this particular location unique is the technology. They are, at the time of this review, test piloting having a tablet for every table. After ordering, the wings took about 10 minutes to come out. We never saw our server again until it was time for the check. I just finished lunch here and I got the brisket tacos, I took two bites and didn't like them so I asked the waitress if we could get it removed from the bill since I was just going to eat the pretzel bites we ordered as my meal. She returned with the check and said they removed the pretzel bites, she walked away and when she came back I asked why they had taken the pretzel bites off she said they took off the lowered priced item to be nice. I was pretty taken back by that statement. It's customary to take the meal not eaten/ liked off the bill. It's actually procedure per Buffalo Wild Wings protocol. Horrible service AND horrible food. I had dinner with my family and we waited an hour for only 2/6 entrees to arrive. By the time the two of us finished eating, the other orders had still not arrived and our server (Sophia) did not bother to update us on our orders throughout the whole experience. The two meals we had received (a burger and sandwich) were burnt to a crisp and cold. The portions were also insanely small for the amount we paid ($50 for the two meals.) After nearly 2 hours, we decided to cancel the other orders. Sophia had claimed she would check on where the food was, but didn't end up doing so. We had to get up to get our check after constantly trying to grab her attention while she was serving surrounding tables yet ignored us. I don't want to take it to this point, but being the only family of color in the restaurant and the only family who hadn't been served, it is hard not to assume that race wasn't at play (everyone who came in after us were all served and some were even done eating) After waiting even longer for the check and server to come back with our card, my little sister had been crying since she had been waiting for a simple meal for over 2 hours and never ended up receiving it. Very bummed out about our experience and the fact that we received an apology at the last minute is insane. We will not be going back ever again.
