I want to like this place but it's hard. Traditional wings are delicious. On my most recent visit, I ordered a perfect margarita. It was so sweet, I couldn't drink it. It was like they used limeade concentrate. When the wait came by I told him I wanted to order a different drink because the margarita wasn't right. He brought me another drink but said he still had to charge me for the margarita. In addition it was BOGO 50 on the wings and he asked my husband and I if we wanted to do the BOGO and we said sure. I used to work here so everything I say is because I experienced it: the overpriced food you are getting is not made in a healthy, safe, efficient, or even caring manner in the slightest. I have personally seen with my own two eyes people drop your wings or food on the floor and pick it up only to put it back on your plate to avoid "going over ticket times." Noel Chavarin and the district manager Jay don't care about anybody but themselves, not the employees and certainly not you. All they care about is cutting costs by screwing over anybody they have to whether it be you, me or anybody as long as they get their bonus. The reason you are waiting 45min to an hour for your food? Because they would rather be understaffed, not fix the fryers or dishwasher, than to have at least one extra person or two like they should to avoid that. However they would rather you wait, disrespect you and everyone who works there by not giving a single thought to anybody but themselves. I'll leave the racism for another post, but it just makes me curious and wonder why Noel Chavarin is the only Mexican person working there now when it was 3 of us. It really be your own people. This man has had over 100 hr complaints already since he started and no one is happy with him whatsoever except corporate who only care about their bottom line which is profit. It only takes $60 dollars a day to pay 2 people to have a full crew on all stations. Do they do that? No. They would rather slap you in the face and not care because profit over people. When I was working there I had your food made and ready in 30 seconds to 7 minutes max and made safely because I actually do have my food handlers permit and I'm a chef. Your food would be waiting in the window getting cold because they refuse to hire servers, cooks, anything or anybody at all to help. Cut costs, that's all they care about. The jalepenos on the nachos were very fresh, cheese could have been more evenly distributed however they were good. The onion rings are amazing, perfectly battered and golden. Mozzarella sticks were pretty typical but good. The mild boneless wings had a good amount of kick to them and a nice crunchy coating. I got the street tacos, they come in 3 however that is a fair amount. They fit a good amount of chicken and Pico in the small flour tortillas that are nicely cooked to a crisp. So first of all I've never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before this and my only experience with this company was pretty ridiculous. I received a $25 Buffalo Wild Wings gift card a while ago and thought one night while I was a bit low on funds I'd give it a shot. So I place my order online for 24 wings and some onion rings that totals around $32 (which was fine I had the few bucks extra) and it tells me to pop by in about 30 minutes to pick up. So when I go to pick up I do as the website said and tell them I have a $25 gift card and will pay the difference. They take the card, run it and tell me the servers look to be down. Then the manger comes out and messes with the card to tell me the same thing. Then asks if I have an alternate way to pay for the food. This was during dinner rush. How can a restaurant that takes credit cards have down servers during a rush? Does that mean other patrons had to have alternative ways to pay also if they only had their card on them? So I had to leave my dinner there because they have no idea wtf is going on with their computers. I likely won't be a returning customer after this. read more

I have ordered takeout a few times, and EVERY TIME there was a problem with my order. Make sure to check every item in your bag before you leave the restaurant!
