I love Bdubz, this location is awful. Patroned them for years. Same order. Every. Single. Time. Done incorrectly 75% of the time (might be generous). The people make the business and the folks here have a ton to learn about customer service! I read more

Let me set the scene: Last Wednesday I was out with my mom friends while the boys were at basketball. This week was Mary's pick for dinner and she was craving wings so we headed here! Bad choice. This location gets 2.2 stars on average so it's only fitting that I give them 2 stars. And that's being generous. Where shall I begin? Lots to cover here, so get comfy. When we were seated everything was good and grand. We got drinks, ordered food, awesome. Little did I know that was my one and only beverage for the evening. I wish I hadn't have drank my water as quickly as I did. When we got our food (which came pretty quick) we were so excited! We all started eating, just to look over and see that Elaine didn't have her food yet. I felt horrible for her because she hadn't eaten all day, and had a long day at work. So we all stopped eating when we realized and waited for Elaine to get her food (which was the same meal Mary ordered?). By the time Elaine's food came, my food was colder than the snowman my son Danny made last Christmas Eve. Anyways fast forward, I was PARCHED. We finally got a little more water after our food was done. Kelly ordered us a cookie skillet which was delicious but I had to wait 20 years for it. In the meantime, I aged 10 years and found a gray hair. It was delicious though when I got it. Stupid Cathy ate all of it!!! But it's okay i forgive her. We finally were able to pay. Our waitress whose name I won't put in this review, dropped off each girls check and ran away before we could give her our cards. I think she genuinely ran out the front door and got her nails done across the street at Green Bay nail and spa (awesome pedis BTW). She finally came back, collected the cards, and disappeared for another 5-7 business days. Finally we paid. And got. The. Heck. Out. Of dodge. Never coming here for mom's night ever again. By the time we made it back to the park district for pick up, all of our boys were waiting outside in the cold. Only come here if you plan to make a day out of it. Happy 50th birthday Gwen! read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Sports Bars Near Me - Bellevue, Wisconsin

Not busy at all and we sat for over 15 mins without any server. Then she looked at our table and walked back to the kitchen. Ended up moving to the bar for a bit better service. BWs...what happened to you? Use to be a great place but now just crap. I say get your act together or just throw in the towel so a quality restaurant can take your place. read more

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Decent Bar food and drinks. However, enhance your experience by steering clear of the non-typical bar fare (like the tacos, which were disappointing). Stick to the decent burgers and chicken. Mixedrinks can be hit or miss. read more

So far our service sticks out as our experience tonight. We ordered wings and fried pickles as appetizer. Asked for 2 sauces with appetizer and got 1. We waited about 3/4 thru the appetizer and never got the 2nd sauce so I went to the bar to get it. But Gia (the server) has thrown attitude the entire visit here. She needs to go-sour, rude and does this location NO good!! Food was fine-wings were good as usual per corporate. Only 10 people were in restaurant and took about 20 min for the wings but that's fine for our schedule tonight. Too bad the server ruined our only evening out for the week! read more

Went for the all you can eat wings 2 hours before they closed. Only got 1 additional order in before we had to leave because of how slow the service was. Also got wrong/missing orders multiple times. Friendly service. read more

My husband and I went to buffalo wild wings today around 12:30. Not many people there. The 2 men in front of us were seated right away, got their drinks and their meals. We were also seated right away but never received anything. No drinks or food after sitting there for almost a half hour. We politely got up and left. I can't rate the service because we received none! read more

Ummm being the only African American in the room the service was HORRIBLE.. the restaurant was nowhere near packed and it took about 20-30mins for any sever to acknowledge our table .. not trying to play the race card buttt it was every bit about 20-25 people inside soooooooo.. but because our server was nice when she did come that's the only reason why I gave it another store read more

The bartenders are so friendly and the place is very clean. The reason I'm giving it a 3 is the food. This is the 2nd time we got a hamburger, and all its a pile of grease. It seem like they overcook some of the food, especially the stuff that go in a deep fryer . They do have amazing wing. Beer prices are ridiculous $ 6 for a tall glass and a pint pint $ 5. But we will go back because of the friendly bartender read more

Service so damn slow the wings are luke warm by the time they get to your table. Quite disappointing. read more

They completely messed up both our fees, ordered street tacos with just cheese. came with everything on it. Also got an all-American cheeseburger with only pickle, ketchup, mustard, came with mayo, peppers, jalapeño, bacon. read more

Went for a burger about 4:00 on 10/26/24. First had to seat ourselves, only two other tables being used. It took about 10 minutes to have a server come, another 15 minutes to get a soda. Ordered burgers, one plain, the other with the stuff on the side. Got our burgers, one came with everything the other with fried onions which I didn't order. My husband wanted a plain cheeseburger and his came with everything, sent it back. Waited another 10 minutes, got his burger and it came with mustard on!! He hates nothing more than mustard. Needless to say he was mad. We told our waitress we were leaving, we ended up going to Freddy's, Don't recommend read more

Usually love B-Dubs... but the past year and a half this location (and others in the region) has really struggled... little to no staffing, highly truncated hours, quality Is varied, and the staff doesn't seem to much care. The food from a takeout point of view has diminished, but the prices have raised including takeout fees but the quality has only been degrading. Hoping it's not the sign of things shuttering soon. Used to be a vibrant and cool place. read more

Would give this place zero stars if I could. I'm a delivery driver and every single time I've been here I've had to wait 30+ minutes which is ridiculous. Their kitchen is incompetent apparently, or they have no idea when to send drivers for their third party delivery services. Also; half the time they'll make you wait 45 minutes just to tell you someone picked up the order already. Infuriating when time is money as a delivery driver. I would avoid this location. The location in Ashwaubenon never has as long of a wait and their staff is actually friendly and competent! read more

Website, Yelp, and sheet on door says open until 10PM on Sunday. We arrived at 9 and they were shutting the place down. Would be nice if they'd update their times online. read more

The wings are good but like everyone says it takes so damn long, if you have anywhere to be don't even think about doing the buffet. Also by the time I got my order the wings were luke warm, I don't even understand. The wings taste good but it's just not worth it. read more

Why? Why do I come back here? The food is never good, the service is always slow. Watched three employees sitting around the takeout area all on their phones while the restaurant is busy. Are there really so many other people like myself that have to have the terrible food with the slow service waiting for a barely cleaned table? The 7th circle of Hell is likely a Buffalo Wild Wings. THIS Buffalo Wild Wings. "Good job, you tried." (Pats patronizingly on its little Buffalo head, "bless your soul" you poor little Buffalo Wild Wings.) read more

Service was very slow. Didn't get what was ordered. Slow response for correcting situation. Very disappointing

Not great experience and total dishonesty fri this place. Your waitress are very rude and disrespectful to my ethnicity. Also what thefts to add more money on tips. Of course manager did nothing. That person should be fire for add more tips on the bill. So watch out the bartender who like to add more tips to your bill. read more

Service was SUPER SLOW. I understand that there will be some off days, but we were seated after 30 minutes in a table that was open when we first got in (we spotted at least 2 tables and 4 open booths). It took 40 minutes for our food to arrive, which is pretty bad considering others seated near us after we ordered got their food at the same time as us and their bills/boxes were given out earlier, though we had been finished with eating for a while. The promotion was confusing, so we spoke to the manager, who gave us half off, which the only reason I'll give this two stars. Overall, it was a horrible experience and my friends and I do not plan on returning to this location again. Update: we DID end up going back, but the service was still very slow and it seemed like our food took forever to come out. It was a busier day again, but it was another 40 minute wait for our wings. read more

I'm from out of town, but I'm here often. Ever time I come, the service and the food is great. I actually had time to sit down and eat in this past Saturday night and they had all the fights on and it was a great energy. My waitress was attentive and made sure my whole experience was great. Definitely come here. read more

I have nothing to say about the food because we often order from this place and we love it. Management on the other side is just the worst!! We placed an online order and asked my husband to pick it up since he was on his way home from work. My husband works for a furniture store and was driving the truck. Parked and went inside to pick up the food but it wasn't ready, so he headed out to wait. Manager comes out yelling at him that he could not park there, husband explained he was waiting for food, but the manager told him he had to leave. So my husband moves the truck to the back and goes in again to check on the food. Manager comes and tells my husband, "you have to leave I canceled your order, my husband asks why, and he just keeps telling him to leave, then he called the police!! About 6 officers showed up, didn't even ask my husband's side of the story and asked him to leave. My husband is not a problematic person so he does. On his way out officers comes out telling him that they'll give him a gift card!! Hello it's not about the money, and yes my husband felt very discriminated because we are Hispanic. This people should learn how to treat people no matter what, after all we are paying customers who deserve respect. read more

Came here for some game day wings. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, and haven't been to one in Green Bay yet. Our server, Kellen was great. It's Veterans Day and they kindly gave me a small boneless wing order with fries for free. SCORE!!! I LOVE the mango habanero sauce. It'll burn your face off, but tastes SO good! My son got traditional medium and my friend got boneless dry rub chipotle wings. All of them were fantastic!! Served with ranch and carrots and celery. We also had some Guinness and red wine. Our hostess said the west side gets really busy during game days. This location was fun. read more

To start off the review I think this place gets misunderstood for the hype it gets and how the food actually is. It always seems as if the food is different every time I go. You probably are curious why I continue to go back then, THE STREET TACOS! They are delicious and not priced badly. On the other hand the wings are just ok, there's places in GB with wayyyy better wings. Garlic Parm. tasted how laundry detergent smells, and fries usually come out cold. Customer service is good though read more

We tried to stop on a Saturday night. At 8:30. Instead of being able to get good wings and beer, at a place that is supposed to be open until midnight, we were met with lights off and locked doors. Don't worry about changing your hours, we won't be coming back. I literally couldn't be more disappointed in the level of service. Thanks for nothing. read more

Not happy with todays visit. Been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings for Veterans Day for several years. While I am grateful that they participate in the many Veteran Day offers, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had here. Several tables got their food before we did even though we were seated and ordered right away. Then they gave only one of us our food. I still had to wait almost 10 full minutes to get mine. When it was brought out, it was cold. While we did go for the Veterans Day deals, we did order appetizers and drinks. For how bad the service was, the whole bill should have been comped. Then when we were given our bill they didn't even take off the Veteran Day meals, so we needed to ask to have the bill adjusted. I understand if they were understaffed, but the lack of concern for our table while going to all the other patrons is unacceptable. I will probably never return to this location. read more

Yes I know, why did you order a hamburger at a wings place! I stopped by 4-12-18 for a early super. My hamburger was over cooked and the meat tasted old. Wait staff was good, no refills for my soda. In watching the wait staff it appears they all had required tasks and were attempting to complete them. This of course took away from the customer care they should have been giving. Lesson to be learned, stay away from the 5:30 time, apparently the staff has obligations that will not include their care of you. Be careful what you order, other than wings, it appears they can not turn over meats quick enough. read more

Went for lunch not busy at all and did not seem to be under staffed. We did not get greeted at the door for at least 10 minutes. We were finally sat at a table that was dirty and was given one menu that was also sticky. As we waited for our server we looked around and seen napkins and crumbs all over the floor (not just at the table we were sitting at) As our waitress arrived we asked to get the tabletop cleaned so she moved us to a near by table. This was not any better. Crumbs all over. After seeing how dirty the seating areas were we decided to leave as I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Wish I would of taken pictures to show the filth. read more

Pretty excited to here that a B-Dubs moved in on the east side of Green Bay. It seems common to have two of everything in GB, an east and west side...you know because going across town (15 minutes) is just awful. Comparing this one to the west side location, it's smaller, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I can see this place getting crowded quickly for any sporting event which can make the wait longer then usual. I went there on a Tuesday at 5:30pm and a Badger basketball game was on that night and the whole place was almost full. Service wasn't terrible, but not very prompt. It took a while for our server to come to our table and a bartender offered to get us a drink because we were looking at the beer taps. The server was still very nice when taking our orders. It felt like it took a little while to get the food, but that really wasn't an issue since I knew it was busy, this is a new location, and I was distracted by playing the countdown trivia game lol. Food was similar to any other BWW that I've been too....no complaints in that department. I will be going here again to see how the service improves....I would be strategic on when you're going based on how much time you have and if there are any big sporting events going on. read more

It seems the wing are always good at B-Dubs...same for the beers :-) What was exceptional on my recent visit was our server Canary. Yes, that's really his name, and he said he was named after his grandfather. Anyway, he was an exceptional server, always checking on us, answering any questions. Stopping here? To start with, I was NOT impressed with the employee that was sitting at the table next to us with his infant & baby momma. Granted he was done working, however he sat at the table drinking beer and talking to all the waitstaff with his baby laying right on the table, neither was eating. You're done working so LEAVE! My wings, while cooked, were luke warm which leads me to believe they were cooked earlier, definitely not cool. The one good thing was the very attentive young man who served us. No wonder this location is never real busy read more

Terrible hours... poor customer service... very dissapointed... you can only hide behind Covid dining issues for so so long ... 4 servers standing around ... put sign out "dine in only" at 8pm... arrived at 8:05 and no one else behind us... refused to seat us... horrible management... need to hire people that understand customer service... second time this has happened here at different times... no consistency...won't be back:( read more

We like to stop here for a quick bite during the week. It's like every other Bdubs, but that's not a bad thing. I love that they feature a new sauce every couple months so you can try something different. I typically get the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, which comes with the medium wing sauce, but you can change it to whatever you would like. You also get the choice of crispy or grilled chicken. They have a bunch of beers on tap, but because they're a chain it's a lot of standard domestic beers and not many craft or local ones. I like stopping here and love that it's close. read more

Our most recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was a terrible experience and it will be our last. It was very busy, but we were seated quickly. We waited a long time for our waitress. My tap beer of choice ran out while they were pouring, the waitress said she'd take it off the bill. I was surprised to hear that, it never made it to our table. One member of our party of four, ordered boneless wings. When he said they tasted like dog food, I thought he was exaggerating, I tasted them too. He was right, they were hard and just tasted wrong. We sent them back, after another long wait, the new order wasn't any better. Foolishly, we ordered dessert. Our waitress was now nowhere to be found. I asked another server to get our check. They had charged for the beer that was out, the inedible wings, and dessert we never received. This was too much at this point. When we got home, I contacted corporate and the local Buffalo Wild Wings, no one responded. My family and I will never step foot in another Buffalo Wild Wings again. We now visit Legend Larry's twice a week. read more

Pretty good beer selection... Sante Fe salad was poor (cold chicken on top a huge pile of mixed greens- all other toppings were tiny and hidden in the huge pile of greens)... friend ordered a sandwich and brought her a salad and then took about 15 minuets to replace it... mixed basket of appetizers weren't bad- great onion rings, standard mozzarella sticks and pitiful nachos. Wait staff was friendly. My understanding was the remaining burger and pork sandwich were good (although bbq sauce was forgotten for half the pork sand). Can't say I'll be back unless I have a hankering for beer and onion rings. read more
