Let me set the scene: Last Wednesday I was out with my mom friends while the boys were at basketball. This week was Mary's pick for dinner and she was craving wings so we headed here! Bad choice. This location gets 2.2 stars on average so it's only fitting that I give them 2 stars. And that's being generous. Where shall I begin? Lots to cover here, so get comfy. When we were seated everything was good and grand. We got drinks, ordered food, awesome. Little did I know that was my one and only beverage for the evening. I wish I hadn't have drank my water as quickly as I did. When we got our food (which came pretty quick) we were so excited! We all started eating, just to look over and see that Elaine didn't have her food yet. I felt horrible for her because she hadn't eaten all day, and had a long day at work. So we all stopped eating when we realized and waited for Elaine to get her food (which was the same meal Mary ordered?). By the time Elaine's food came, my food was colder than the snowman my son Danny made last Christmas Eve. Anyways fast forward, I was PARCHED. We finally got a little more water after our food was done. Kelly ordered us a cookie skillet which was delicious but I had to wait 20 years for it. In the meantime, I aged 10 years and found a gray hair. It was delicious though when I got it. Stupid Cathy ate all of it!!! But it's okay i forgive her. We finally were able to pay. Our waitress whose name I won't put in this review, dropped off each girls check and ran away before we could give her our cards. I think she genuinely ran out the front door and got her nails done across the street at Green Bay nail and spa (awesome pedis BTW). She finally came back, collected the cards, and disappeared for another 5-7 business days. Finally we paid. And got. The. Heck. Out. Of dodge. Never coming here for mom's night ever again. Went for a burger about 4:00 on 10/26/24. First had to seat ourselves, only two other tables being used. It took about 10 minutes to have a server come, another 15 minutes to get a soda. Would give this place zero stars if I could. I'm a delivery driver and every single time I've been here I've had to wait 30+ minutes which is ridiculous. Their kitchen is incompetent apparently, or they have no idea when to send drivers for their third party delivery services. Also; half the time they'll make you wait 45 minutes just to tell you someone picked up the order already. Infuriating when time is money as a delivery driver. I would avoid this location. I have nothing to say about the food because we often order from this place and we love it. Management on the other side is just the worst!! We placed an online order and asked my husband to pick it up since he was on his way home from work. My husband works for a furniture store and was driving the truck. Parked and went inside to pick up the food but it wasn't ready, so he headed out to wait. Manager comes out yelling at him that he could not park there, husband explained he was waiting for food, but the manager told him he had to leave. So my husband moves the truck to the back and goes in again to check on the food. About 6 officers showed up, didn't even ask my husband's side of the story and asked him to leave. My husband is not a problematic person so he does. It's Veterans Day and they kindly gave me a small boneless wing order with fries for free. SCORE!!! I LOVE the mango habanero sauce. It'll burn your face off, but tastes SO good! My son got traditional medium and my friend got boneless dry rub chipotle wings. All of them were fantastic!! Served with ranch and carrots and celery. We also had some Guinness and red wine. Not happy with todays visit. Been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings for Veterans Day for several years. While I am grateful that they participate in the many Veteran Day offers, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had here. Several tables got their food before we did even though we were seated and ordered right away. Then they gave only one of us our food. I still had to wait almost 10 full minutes to get mine. When it was brought out, it was cold. While we did go for the Veterans Day deals, we did order appetizers and drinks. For how bad the service was, the whole bill should have been comped. Then when we were given our bill they didn't even take off the Veteran Day meals, so we needed to ask to have the bill adjusted. Yes I know, why did you order a hamburger at a wings place! I stopped by 4-12-18 for a early super. My hamburger was over cooked and the meat tasted old. Wait staff was good, no refills for my soda. In watching the wait staff it appears they all had required tasks and were attempting to complete them. This of course took away from the customer care they should have been giving. Lesson to be learned, stay away from the 5:30 time, apparently the staff has obligations that will not include their care of you. Went for lunch not busy at all and did not seem to be under staffed. We did not get greeted at the door for at least 10 minutes. We were finally sat at a table that was dirty and was given one menu that was also sticky. As we waited for our server we looked around and seen napkins and crumbs all over the floor (not just at the table we were sitting at) As our waitress arrived we asked to get the tabletop cleaned so she moved us to a near by table. This was not any better. Crumbs all over. After seeing how dirty the seating areas were we decided to leave as I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Pretty excited to here that a B-Dubs moved in on the east side of Green Bay. It seems common to have two of everything in GB, an east and west side...you know because going across town (15 minutes) is just awful. Comparing this one to the west side location, it's smaller, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I can see this place getting crowded quickly for any sporting event which can make the wait longer then usual. I went there on a Tuesday at 5:30pm and a Badger basketball game was on that night and the whole place was almost full. Service wasn't terrible, but not very prompt. It took a while for our server to come to our table and a bartender offered to get us a drink because we were looking at the beer taps. The server was still very nice when taking our orders. It felt like it took a little while to get the food, but that really wasn't an issue since I knew it was busy, this is a new location, and I was distracted by playing the countdown trivia game lol. Food was similar to any other BWW that I've been too....no complaints in that department. I will be going here again to see how the service improves....I would be strategic on when you're going based on how much time you have and if there are any big sporting events going on. read more

Granted he was done working, however he sat at the table drinking beer and talking to all the waitstaff with his baby laying right on the table, neither was eating. You're done working so LEAVE! We like to stop here for a quick bite during the week. It's like every other Bdubs, but that's not a bad thing. I love that they feature a new sauce every couple months so you can try something different. I typically get the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, which comes with the medium wing sauce, but you can change it to whatever you would like. You also get the choice of crispy or grilled chicken. They have a bunch of beers on tap, but because they're a chain it's a lot of standard domestic beers and not many craft or local ones. I like stopping here and love that it's close. read more

Our most recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was a terrible experience and it will be our last. It was very busy, but we were seated quickly. We waited a long time for our waitress. My tap beer of choice ran out while they were pouring, the waitress said she'd take it off the bill. I was surprised to hear that, it never made it to our table. One member of our party of four, ordered boneless wings. When he said they tasted like dog food, I thought he was exaggerating, I tasted them too. He was right, they were hard and just tasted wrong. We sent them back, after another long wait, the new order wasn't any better. Foolishly, we ordered dessert. Our waitress was now nowhere to be found. I asked another server to get our check. They had charged for the beer that was out, the inedible wings, and dessert we never received. This was too much at this point. When we got home, I contacted corporate and the local Buffalo Wild Wings, no one responded. My family and I will never step foot in another Buffalo Wild Wings again. Sante Fe salad was poor (cold chicken on top a huge pile of mixed greens- all other toppings were tiny and hidden in the huge pile of greens)... friend ordered a sandwich and brought her a salad and then took about 15 minuets to replace it... mixed basket of appetizers weren't bad- great onion rings, standard mozzarella sticks and pitiful nachos. Wait staff was friendly. My understanding was the remaining burger and pork sandwich were good (although bbq sauce was forgotten for half the pork sand).
