How does this place stay in business? Srsly, everything about this place is a huge negative.The only redeeming factor is that, if you're lucky, you'll be able to catch the game on one of their TVs...but let's be honest, unless you are going to sit there and watch tv while you drink beer at the bar, there's just no good reason to stay there for that. The employees are non-existent. I am guessing they are short staffed and/or management is trying to cut corners by hiring or working their bare minimum crew. It's not out of the norm to only see your server every five to ten minutes throughout the service. On top of that the actual service is lacking with special requests, forgetting to bring items that were asked and only being able to be reminded ten minutes later when they come back to the table to see if anyone needs anything. Yes, but by this time my chicken is pretty much cold, Tracy. Now.....holy shit, I don't even know what to say about this. Chain restaurants, correct me if I am wrong, get sauce in big packets, wings in big bags, buns in packages of about twelve, I'm guessing? The chicken strips come prepackaged with instructions to "fry at 375 for 6 minutes, let drain, toss in 1/3 cup sweet Asian chili and serve immediately." Am I wrong here? How do you mess something like that up? "Order up, 12 wings, garlic parm, extra crispy." *cook drops 12 wings from the bag, looks at the instructions that say 'fry at 375 for 5 minutes' and has mastered the skill of frying it for 7 minutes in order to get them extra crispy,at 375, then toss in the sauce as read on the instructions on the bag, plate and serve. How is that so difficult to follow? Why do the wings get to the table over sauced, slimy skin indicating the wings were NOT cooked crispy and no longer hot? Is there a kitchen paradox there that I'm not aware of? It's never, ever, ever busy when we go in. We've gone at several times, different parts of the day, all except Friday at prime time. In all of our visits there haven't ever been more than a handful of tables - you'd think we would have a more attentive service that being the case. Nurp! And cleaning a table doesn't mean taking plates off the table and placing them all on the table next to it. Doesn't that just make for two tables that then have to be wiped down? Maybe it's just because I'm not into the business. The one saving grace BWW used to have is that their wings were killer and made for a great visit with everything else being able to be overlooked. Now with the price, with the poor quality and everything else about how BWW is being operated here just makes for an experience that I just don't want to go visit again. There's a Wing Stop that just opened about 3-4 miles away. Their wings are on the smaller side but customer service is an improvement, sauce selection isn't bad, and everything is cooked as it should be. It's not a sports bar but I can watch the game at home. There is a 87% chance we will never be back to BWW. Have ago but have low expectations, that might make your trip there a little more enjoyable. Someone please bring a stopwatch, I'm curious to know how often the server comes by your table. Sports on tv, great decor, awesome food (definitely, try their burgers, wings and wraps) and great service, make this a fun place for family, friends or special occasions. I cannot brag enough about this location first of all there's so much room, but it also feels small and quaint where it's not super large bar area and it's really fun that the dining is in the middle so that everyone can enjoy the games together. The manager with the amazing mustache is so kind. Karissa is the best! She was such a fun bartender. The entire night was so kind and courteous and constantly checked on us. She would come over just to talk to us. She always had a smile on her face. She really went above and beyond. I was at the Bar tonight for about 45 minutes. I ordered two drinks and was trying to check out 5 minutes before I needed to leave. The bartender was in the back (I assume she is the manager too). About 20 minutes later (Bar totally unattended). I politely went into the back to find someone that could close my tab. She murmured that you shouldn't be back here, I went back out front... She finally then came out to close out the tab. Obviously, this is totally unacceptable, next time I will probably just walk out. I had also asked one of the other servers to get her and was ignored. We ordered from this spot on a very busy football Sunday and it was quite delicious!!!! We ordered bone in wings and ordered them with lemon pepper (dry seasoning) which I feel like is new! It was quite tasty!!! With a little paprika taste too! Also, Asian Zing which is always the perfect amount of sweet and spicy, honey bbq, and Caribbean jerk (yea man!). I really wanted wings and hadn't been here in forever so decided to give it a try again. I ordered 5 spicy garlic which were delicious, by far better than I remembered their sauces being. I also got five Parmesan garlic which as I thought I remembered, they were bland but my biggest problem was the huge hair embedded in the chicken. Wanting to ensure it was not my own hair before complaining, I pulled it out of my mouth to try to see the color, it as not my color but the bigger problem is that it was literally wrapped around the wing, breaded over and embedded. At this point I lost my appetite and stopped eating. The rest will likely be thrown out because Ben with close inspection, this is just nasty. I also got a side of cheese curds which I did try while eating the spicy garlic and I did not care for them. There was an over abundance of salt in the breading. They are in my fridge to try with a tomato sauce but not sure if that will improve them or not. Immensely disapointed in the service and quality of food I was served today in my to-go order at this Manchester location. I gave them a 40 mins heads up on my order, arrived 7 mins early, and my order was still 15 mins late on the scheduled pickup time. This wouldn't be as big of a deal except for the fact that *no one* was dining-in and 2 people that arrived well after me received their to-go orders before me. There was also a gentleman that had been waiting there before me that said he had already been there 20 mins waiting for his to-go order. After my food had been so late, I at least expected that my food would be piping hot. But no. My (tiny) wings could not even be classifed as warm. They were room temperature. The celery was also so chintzy and one of the two pieces they gave me looked so old/ expired it should have been thrown out. I had the worst experience here today..2 people working the FOH at 1:00 pm. What has happened to customer service..people were leaving because no one acknowledged them..the one server was working hard..but wouldn't make eye contact with all of us standing around. Let me preface this review by stating I am by no means a wing guy. That being said I can count on one hand the number of times I have been to any Buffalo Wild Wings in the last year, especially this location. In the past I have found the burger option at Buffalo Wild Wings to be a trip down memory lane of high school soy burgers past. Not any more! My wife and I were both extremely impressed with the Triple Bacon Cheeseburger and the All-American Cheeseburger. The new smashed burgers are phenomenal and are a huge improvement over burgers past. Throw in a clean well lit and expansive restaurant with exceptional customer service and I think I found a place we will frequent more often. Our waitress was also a breath of fresh air. She was friendly and attentive to the point of foreseeing our needs and meeting them before we even had to ask. Our blood marys were garnished with 1 pickle chip you would put on a hamburger. She dumped tobasco in it since we requested spicy. I requested more garnishes, she couldn't find skewers and the drinks had no straws. I am beyond disappointed in my order from the Ballwin Wild Buffalo Wings! I ordered the party pack (50 traditional wings) with classic Buffalo sauce. The wings came with NO sauce on them or on the side, a few fried feathers and was missing the celery and carrots as well. It was a to go order so needless to say they steamed up in the container and also were not crispy even though I arrived promptly and it was less than a ten minute drive to my place. This franchise in general has improved their food, and their wings are what they used to be (awesome). The boneless wings breading has a soft crisp rather than the heavy layer of crunchy, hard batter and no chicken. Try them again if you had a bad past experience!! Also, we've ordered carryout a few times at the Ballwin location and every time the order is fresh, delicious and completely accurate (a rarity in the carryout world). I am a long time goer of bdubs and have been to the new location several times. The environment and layout is much cleaner than the old one but service and food quality is the same. Every time service has been average and the food always comes out colder than warm. Came here for Superbowl (2015) yesterday. Couldnt get seated at the bar even though i saw some spaces open?... I've been to this location of BWW a couple times recently, and I am never positively overwhelmed at the thought of returning again for another visit. It seems like the staff is always in transition, and those that are there are overworked, thus forgetful and perhaps a bit slow at their jobs. The wings are truly overpriced for what they are. It was overwhelmingly loud and they did not turn it down at all. I then asked the bartender if they would turn it down and she did not. When our waitress came to get our drink order I said that we are just going to leave unless they can get the music turned down. They finally turned it down to a reasonable level. I called this morning to discuss this with the manager. Cole answered the phone and I explained to him we had to ask 3 times to get the music lowered. All Cole said was "Yeah". Buffalo Wild Wings had sponsored a basket at an auction at our daughter's grade school a few weeks back and we won that basket for our son. This BWW is very sleek in design and is very well cleaned and maintained. But I was not impressed with the customer service. Not only did the cashier keep calling me "honey" but they totally forgot my celery and carrots that I paid for. Normally when you do a pick up order BWW employees are supposed to pull everything out in front of you to verify the order is correct. But they didn't here.
