Looking for a bar and grill open late that we haven't been to. I've passed this place several times and finally decided to stop in. It's connected to other businesses so they have plenty of parking. We came at night so other businesses were closed which made parking easy. We were greeted and sat immediately. The theme here is golf so all the food options are related to such. Really cool! Our server was so nice, helpful with the menu options and very attentive. I ordered a Mexican Mule to drink and it was delicious. I also had the PGA which is pretty much a buffalo chicken wrap and my husband had the double bogey cheeseburger. No complaints here. Everything was really good. My wrap had the right amount of filling and the chicken was crispy. The buffalo sauce had the right amount of flavor. My husband didn't leave any crumbs from his sandwich and he said it was good. Went here last Sunday for the first time in a very long time. Friendly neighborhood sports bar with a golf theme. I had the 1 Wood sandwich. It's a "club" sandwich, get it? It came with a choice of many sides. I had the chips. All delicious and big portions. Hard to get my mouth around my sandwich. Place was clean and the staff was very professional. Some of the best Wings in town, this a a "19th" hole kinda spot for casual dining, HH or drinks. Friendly service at the bar or at your table, you'll find their menu of apps (shareables or meal by itself), salads, sandwiches, burgers etc. all delicious! Overall, 4.5 rated for me, I've always had a nice experience. Expect to pay $12-20pp for a meal. Tonite we started with Onion Straws app; piled high, served hot and delicious to eat with a dip of ranch, ketchup or horseradish (my fave). Of course, also had a few Buffalo Wings - flavorful, buttery and tender, these are amazing! Moving on to dinner, tried a Fried Chicken Salad, French Dip and Philly Sandwich with Fries. French Dip to me was best as you got the best roast beef flavors and tasty au jus for dipping! The 2 other meals were really good, just depends what you crave?! This was my first time at Mulligan's even though I don't live too far away. We were here on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and it was quite busy! I ordered The British Open Wrap which was a Chicken Caesar wrap and a side of waffle fries. They brought me a carafe of Diet Dr Pepper and I drank every bit of it. I was with two other people. We have already returned to Mulligan's because we liked our first visit so much! Unfortunately, they're apparently always very busy so be prepared to wait. Cocktails are delicious but generous pours so plan accordingly if you're driving. I ordered their Caesar salad (added grilled chicken) which was outstanding in all regards, especially the house-made dressing. Croutons are too, loved them! Long wait so I sat at the bar. I got The Bogey, 6oz burger with tomato, pickles and cheddar cheese. For my side I got French fries. I wanted the burger cooked medium and it was slightly overcooked. The burger was definitely lacking flavor and needing seasoning. The crinkle cut fries were cooked nicely but they were lacking seasoning. Stopped by when in town visiting family. This place is always an oldie but a goodie. Exactly what you'd expect from a sports bar: Quality wings, beer, and sandwiches plus they are open late, which is great for watching the big game. My wife loves their buffalo chicken salad. Definitely attracts an older crowd late. Would have given 5 stars, but the service while attentive tends to be slow with food if you are trying to get in and out. read more

Mulligans is one of my all time favorite stops. The food is good. The staff is friendly. The wine pours are 10/10. Stopped in with my bestie for our favorite meal - the War Bird Sandwich. This isn't your average chicken sandwich. It's flavorful - HUGE, and fills you up. The Buffalo chicken dip tastes exactly like what you make for that football viewing party, and their waffle fries are fresh every time!! It's worth the trek to Ellisville if you're far! Mulligans has been a family go to for as long as I can remember. Great happy hour and great place to catch a game! We threw my mother's surprise 60th there, now with the remodeling they have private rooms available you can utilize and they are wonderful. All staff, from the owner to the servers are so kind, approachable and knowledgeable. Most of the servers have been there for many years, which I think speaks volumes for how their staff is treated and that they enjoy their jobs. My 7 year old is a wing connoisseur and she will tell anyone they have her favorite wings in all of St. Louis. My favorites are the PGA (buffalo chicken wrap) and the double bogey (double cheese burger). I love their broccoli for my side, waffle fries, crinkle cut fries or the baked potato. They also have a great kids menu. If you are looking for a great place to hang out with friends or family, this is should be on your list of stops! read more

The first time I went to Mulligan's, I wasn't very impressed. The cocktail was made horribly and the sandwich I ordered was awful (the roast beef au jus). HOWEVER, the second time I went, everything was amazing! I ordered an Espresso martini which was INCREDIBLE! Best one I've ever had! Generous pour and served in an ice cold martini glass! Clearly this is the place to be. Came here with friends on a Saturday night and we were quoted a 45 minute wait, but it ended up being more like an hour and a half. They should probably invest in a text "waiting room." Fortunately everything seemed to be worth the wait. The fried pickles and potato skins were fantastic, as were the drinks. Food wise I think everyone enjoyed what they ordered. I got the chicken scramble (teriyaki chicken skewers) and they were delicious. I'd definitely come back just for that. Our waitress was also really helpful when deciding on drinks and appetizers, we asked her tons of questions and she really helped us decide. Mulligan's has great food! I believe we've liked everything we've had there. Our "go to" is the fried mushrooms, we share a large house salad, then we get the order of 27 wings. No, we don't eat them all, but they make good leftovers for lunch. It's always crowded at dinner so we try to go a little earlier. There is no good place to hang out while you wait for a table because there can be a lot of people waiting! The service is pretty good. Sometimes it's really good. Service/employees are where I've struggled a few times. A few examples: - There seem to be a number of regulars there any time we go, which is fine. But, the servers will stand at a table and talk. I've seen them just chatting for five minutes (and more occasionally). Last time we were there, a server was literally leaning against a wall talking and talking. Meanwhile, people are waiting for service. - No tables were available one time, but there were two seats at the bar so we sat there. One, maybe two, employees had gotten off work and were sitting at the bar as well. One of them was doing something with money and spreading it out. Maybe counting her tips? I don't know. But she was talking (very loudly) to the people working behind the bar which was annoying enough. But the number of F bombs she dropped at that volume was unbelievable - especially because a number of children were nearby and more within earshot. Parents were trying to get away with the littles, but it was really crowded. I wasn't offended by the language at all, but the volume was crazy. And the fact that we all knew she worked there was even worse. - Friends of ours were sitting at the bar one day. Some regulars came in and wanted our friend's seats. I guess they were "their" seats. Someone behind the bar literally made our friends move. They won't be going back. So, good food, service can be great, and management would do well to maybe not be so lenient and let the staff do as they please. read more

The food is good, the service is excellent and fast. The servers and hosts are friendly and warm. I'm partial to their hot wings, soups and salad. The salad is always fresh and the dressings are very good. What I really like is that with a beverage, they supply a carafe of the beverage so you don't need to ask or wait for refills. (Does not apply to alcoholic beverages). Very relaxed atmosphere and tvs all around to keep track of your favorite game. Wow, this place surprised me. Went here for dinner with my wife. Place was pretty crowded, but we were able to get a booth inside. I thought the atmosphere inside was good; not too noisy, a bit private with the booth walls. Server came by right away and took our orders and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The wine pours at this place are huge! I would guess 9+ ounces all for about $8 on the house wine. We ordered a wings appetizer with ranch dressing. They were perfectly cooked (crisp outside, juicy inside) and had just the right amount of spice which could be tamed in the outstanding ranch dressing. For my entree I ordered a bowl of chili and also found it to be excellent. I'm excited to find this restaurant and look forward to many future meals here. My husband and I went with another couple on their recommendation. We were quoted a 45-60 minute wait but it was closer to 30. Since we went mainly for the wings, my husband and the other couple ordered the "Best Shot" (not trashed). I ordered the Spinach Artichoke dip and the US Open with waffle fries (best waffle fries EVER). All the food came out really fast and we also had carafes to refill our own drinks when needed, which was very handy. Our waitress was attentive and very welcoming. We can't wait to go back! read more
