We went with 4 kids on a Monday night. It wasn't very busy. We did the bottomless apps and ended up getting 3 orders of mozzarella sticks and 2 orders of fried pickles for only 9.99, great deal. Everything else came out quick and was delicious. Our server, Chloe S., did an amazing job and the kitchen service was top notch. Everyone had a great time and I'm looking forward to going back! This is not one experience but many over several years! I do tolerate the cold wings and continue to torture myself with the hope of warm food. Went there again this week for my son's birthday and it was maybe 20% capacity. Food was slow, over an hour to get wings (they were not busy I know the difference) and they were cold as normal because they don't bring your food out when it is ready. Messed up the order as normal. I ordered boneless wings, one sauces and a beer. Simple as it gets nothing special. Buffalo wings.. they should be good at that. Could only have one beer over and hour and forty five minutes there. Couldn't get a waitress to bring another even after ordered twice. I have been eating BWWs (B-Dubs) since the first one was opened on the campus of Ball State while I was enrolled. Yes!! I remember BW3s - Buffal Wild Wings and Weck! Well fast forward many, many years and I still enjoy their wings. I'm not a boneless fan, Hell you can get chicken nuggets everywhere! But their traditional wings are great, their draft beer specials are great, and I truly believe they have some of the best flavors of sauces and rubs! Does the service stink at any of the locations at times... of course! Does the food fail to be the greatest meal you've ever eaten at times...of course! I used to love going to this Bdubs but the staff has changed and it seems the customers mean less than they used to. We moved from a table in the bar, to the actual bar, in hopes of better service but the bartender (with her dad sitting at the bar) was a little defensive and only made excuses for the service we had gotten. She never once apologized for anything. I totally understand being busy but how busy are you when a quarter of your tables are empty. I guess I didn't realize it was totally my responsibility to make sure I was getting service and if I pay in cash, I shouldn't expect anything back. Please keep in mind, I was respectful towards the staff and tried to explain my situation. I didn't bother to ask for a manager, I simply removed myself from the situation. Wow this used to be a top spot in Auburn but has gone waaaaay down hill. This was the bathrooms an hour and a half after being open. Then it took 30 minutes for them to find out to go order that we placed and hour prior and asked to have ready by 1:00pm. The past two BWW locations have provided tiny wings. At Morehead KY location, may have been even tinier. Bartender there also nice but just apologized, put in new order that yielded tiny again. The last and final time I went someone picked up never answered and set the phone down, I drove 10min from home while still on the line, I could hear people talking, laughing and using profanities. When I arrived there was no staff in sight even at the bar and this was at 9pm six table had customers. After waiting 2min four staff members come out of the kitchen to do there rounds one of them greeted me, I asked for the manager, showed him the on going call with his store and he told me he didn't know what was going on with the phone said he'd "restart the phone". Beyond disappointed. BDubs is 99% spot on with online no matter how busy except here in Auburn. First of all I want to say that they were not busy when we came in and especially when we sat down. We waited 10 minutes in the lobby before we were even seated, then host had sat us at a table that had a drink spilled on the seating and immediately walked away without saying anything. Then we waited another 20 minutes before our drinks were ordered and brought to the table. We had ordered the all you can eat wings for $20 and it took around an hour plus just to get our first round of wings and the wings were mediocre. We finished our wings and after about another 45 minutes the waiter came back and asked us if we wanted anymore which we said we were okay. I then asked since none of us got the all you can eat wings can you charge us with the 10 wings we each got and she said yes of course, she came back with our checks and she had still charged us with the all you can eat wings rather than the 10 wings we had gotten. She immediately left after giving us our checks and wouldn't come back until 30 minutes when she did she swiped the cards of the table and charged us. Ok, so we just went there today and... HORRIBLE! Service was extremely slow, over 50 minutes for food to arrive. Once food came, there was paper cooked into our wrap. Unfortunately we were pressed for time because of an appointment and couldn't have food remade. Our waitress (Abbey) apologized and was super nice (the only positive to this experience) Abbey told us the ticket would be reopened and amount would be adjusted as we couldn't have the food remade and had already paid since we were pressed for time. It's not really the front end of the restaurant that is the problem, it seems the kitchen is the bottle neck.
