    Cold wings

First...and last time trying Buffalo Wild (S-L-O-W) Wings. I go to Atlanta regularly and this place always looked so good I wanted to try it. Sadly, it's not. The wings were barely warm and I didn't like the flavor at all. Worse yet, the service was so slow and inattentive I had to track the server down to pay so I could get out of there after what seemed like eternity just to make my flight. If you're into the slow cold wing vibe this is the place for you. But not me!

I wanted to try the pub next door but they had ac problems so I came to BWW. The 1 star: The place looks nice and there are charger ports along the back bench row in the bar area. Upon walking in - I greated the hostess because she didn't greet me. She first took me to a dirty table, she did clean it with a wet rag but didn't dry it so anything you put down would be wet including the menu she slapped down - no smile or how are you - no anything. The waitress was beyond annoyed at the world. She also didn't greet just a ready to order? I ordered a beer to start - she didn't ask me the size just brought me a large and assumed I wanted the large? I will say the mango cart beer was served cold. The bumner was I didn't see her again till she dropped off the check 70 min later. she didn't say a word other than grabbed the money holder - counted it at the table- and scoffed when I gave her exact change as if she expected the tip to be with it. The server dropped the cheese curds and the vegg at the table - walked away before I could say something and he never came back. 3 piece of celery one was wilted and one looked very old and chewed already. Carrots were slimy. The cheese curds were fine. I started watching the other staff behind the bar, the manager and other servers and the entire time - close to 90 min not 1 single smile. Even the guy next to me and the lady next to him all said something about the horrible customer service. I don't know what it is about ATL but I know for a fact if you were halfway nice you would be making fat tips.

    Great view of the ramp

Stopped here for dinner during a long layover. We were pleased to get a table overlooking the busy Delta ramp and gate area (I'm an aviation enthusiast). They were quite busy and the servers were really busy. Our server Uriel was prompt and attentive, even though he had to keep moving nonstop covering a lot of tables. He did a great job. The food took awhile but that's okay since I'm sure the kitchen was backed up. When it got to us, it was very good and fairly priced. If we're in ATL again during a layover, we'll be back.

We stumbled upon this spot for a quick drink and a snack, and it turned out to be a great choice. Initially, we tried TGIF in Terminal E, but the place was packed, and the ventilation was poor, leaving an unpleasant, lingering smell inside. In contrast, this place had a high ceiling, fresh air, and a modern, lively atmosphere, which made it much more comfortable. We ordered wings and fries, which were relatively good, though one of the wing sauces was extremely spicy for me. I could barely finish a single wing. A heads-up from the waitstaff about the heat level would have been helpful, so we could have selected a milder option. The service was a bit reactive and passive--likely due to how busy they were--but it didn't detract too much from the experience. The HAZE IPA was a solid choice and complemented our food nicely.

Lola helped me at this B Dubs when I got my flight delayed. She was prompt, quick and very nice! I got a Strawberry Lemonade and it was delicious! It was bigger than I expected so that was nice. It did take awhile for me to get my food even though it was fairly busy. It was moderately loud (not an issue to me), but it has floor to ceiling windows which made it feel so open! You can watch the planes come and go or just enjoy the outside ambiance. I ordered fried pickles and a 10 piece Parmesan garlic and Medium, extra wet (that's the key!) and they were tasty. I was pretty happy with my experience here

Brunch in Atlanta was fantastic. The wings were perfectly cooked as requested. The margarita was delicious! The atmosphere was good, and despite the busy afternoon, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Our server was friendly and ensured our drinks were always filled.

I was pleasantly surprised with the food and prices at this airport BWW, located in the Atlanta airport. Airport food typically is twice the price as dining at the same place outside of the airport. This was not the case and they even had beer specials for $5! The service was good; the food was average, but still good and I had zero complaints about the flavors or texture. Also, the service at the bar was quick and very attentive.

5/2021 unimpressed; pretzel dips:barely half full container w/cheese & filled-to-the-brim container would be unasked for mustard
    Jen S.

Our server was pleasant. The rating is a reflection of the poor standard of quality control on their food. After an order with a pretzel appetizer, 6 piece flat wings with rubbery celery/carrots and 3 sodas, our visit came to about $40. In all our many trips to Buffalo's Wild Wings, this is by far the most frustrating experience. I expect pricey dining at the airport, but not being able to accommodate a customer who is a minor, an adequately portioned cheese dip that accompanies his pretzels, is unexpected. The money is not the issue, it is the principle, and the lack of customer service we experienced this afternoon. After waiting 10 minutes for the extra side of cheese dip, pretzels are even colder now, the icing on the cake is being charged for an extra side of cheese when we had originally asked for the cheese dip. The cheese dip came in a container no bigger than a silver dollar and half full, so about a tablespoon. Yet, the mustard dip that we never asked for was filled to the brim. The additional cheese dip we had to purchase, yet again, was barely half full. They nickel and dime you here. Absolutely ridiculous that there is no effort to extend courtesy . In my opinion, no customer service worth recommending.

Empty and dirty tables. Still not clean after I sat for an hour and half waiting for my service and food.

20 minute wait for any service when sat. 45 minute wait for food. Hostess had the worst attitude and was incredible rude to everyone she said. Tossed menus on table and walked away. Tables were left dirty and not cleaned and I had to wipe down my own table.

I still haven't received my food yet

The manager is not very helpful. He was actually very rude. There are so many great restaurants in Athens. Go there.

Long time fan of their wings and this is the best food and service I've found at any B-Dubs in the area.

My favorite tavern in metro Atlanta! Parking is easy and plentiful. I've gone here in person plenty…read moreof times as well as had it delivered through ubereats, and it is one of the most consistent restaurants I've ever come across. I've never had a bad experience here in person, the servers are friendly and prompt. I'll be honest and say I'm only ever here for lunch, so I don't know what the dinner rush is like. The lunch atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed, with some sports excitement if a prime game is being played. The beer & cider list is rotating and extensive, they even usually have several varieties of mead available, which is pretty cool. The food is well-executed bar food that comes out nice and hot. The chicken tenders are some of the best I've ever had- the batter isn't too heavy, it's flavorful, has all the crunchy nooks and crannies you could want, and comes with their delicious house-made honey mustard. The fries are good but I always get the onion straws for my side, I'm a sucker for onion straws and these are perfectly breaded without being greasy. The mozzarella sticks are massive, a little tricky to maneuver but so worth it since they're made in house and not just your typical frozen bag kind. Another app I really enjoy is the mini corn dogs that also come with the yummy honey mustard. On my last visit I tried the jalapeño bacon cheese bites which were tasty. Salty, which is to be expected, with a combo of both cheddar and cream cheese that made for a nice gooey center. Not exactly a destination restaurant, but if you want simple and delicious they got it!

I have eaten at Laseters a few times and it was pretty good. Tonight I got delivery, all items I…read morehaven't had before, and I have never had food so awful. Eggrolls - disgusting, and I mean absolutely awful, even the sauce is terrible. Ribeye - only seasoned with black pepper, extremely heavy char on the outside, not cooked thoroughly or evenly on the inside, terrible taste overall. Steamed broccoli - maybe flashed steamed at best, and it tasted like dirt. Fries - were ok. Mashed potatoes and gravy - were pretty good. Chopped salad - good but extremely light on the toppings, it's mostly just lettuce. Other than the salad and the potatoes, everything got thrown away. Complete waste of money. I can't say I'll even ever step foot inside that place again this food was so bad.
