This place was very good the all American burger is probably a top 5 food of all time like not just them in general but like only Buffalo Wild Wings American burger it was so good I downed that whole big boy in like 1 minute. Thr service was fine we had a friend show up a few minutes early and we took longer than expected to they thought he was just a lonely creep but it's whatever so ok service. Absolutely terrible service. My friend and I were starving so we decided to go to bdubs and every place was super busy, so instead of just hopping from each restaurant to see how busy it was, we stayed at bdubs. We walked in and no one helped us for 30 mins, then a worker said that some people are leaving so we could just find a a seat and they'd "try" to clean it up for us. We sat down at this dirty table and have not been helped for an hour and 30 minutes now, we are still waiting. No one has gave us any notice on when we will be helped, not asked us what we would like to drink, NOTHING! I even told a girl worker that it wasn't our food on the table and she just said "ok." I understand she's had a busy day, but all we want is some kind of service whether that's drinks or just acknowledgement. Just received my order via DoorDash. The delivery was awesome. The food however was not. Multiple wings contained raw chicken and were not edible. And the same was true for the chicken tenders. Three of us walked in (1) to eat dinner, (2) to drink beer, (3) to watch the debate, (4) to listen to the debate, (5) to order a major to-go order for tonight and another for Friday. We walked in, and the only thing missing was point 4 above. I asked the waitress to put the sound on; she said no, because it would be "distracting." She told us to go the bar where the bartender would "definitely put it on." We walked to the bar, and the bartender told me he couldn't change the sound for the debate, to go back to the restaurant. We walked back to the restaurant, to once again inquire, and the wait staff walked away. We then walked right out, and nothing from points 1-5 happened. If you like sports, or hot waitresses, or wings and good sauces then this is the place to be. If not then you can go hang out with people who don't like those things somewhere lame like Applebees! This place sometime has a wait, but is almost always the fastest place in town to get a wing fix and definitely the best place to watch your favorite sporting event. You know, sometimes you just have a wing craving. Don't know why I bothered coming here. Went on a Monday night around 7. Not busy at all. First, our server was rude and completely uninterested in helping us. We ordered, then twenty minutes later were greeted with the wrong food. Another 35 minutes go by (no sign of our server the whole time) and we finally get the correct order. My "snack" basket of traditional wings (5) came with 4 drums and 1 flat... wings were so tough they were barely edible. Also, cheese curds were tiny, cold, and not worth the $8. Granted it was dry rub but for two orders of 15 wings. When I open them I washed shocked to see that they were literally almost pellets. Bit into one and there was NO chicken. This BW3's is everything you would expect it to be based off of the other restaurants in the chain. The service is always painfully slow. I don't think I've ever been here and not thought about how slow the service is. The prices are ridiculous and the wings are very hit/miss. The bar area is significantly larger than the sit down area which doesn't make sense considering every time I've been there there's always a wait for the sit down side and no one on the bar side. The beer, like the wings, is VERY overpriced compared to other bars in Athens. The fried pickles, despite the high cost, always come out very undercooked. The two stars are for the wing sauce because it's surprisingly really good. I wouldn't recommend this BW3's if your short on time. read more

This was probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. This is in a college town run my college kids so I had very low expectations. And it still was terrible! We came here on parents weekend and they were so severely understaffed. Took about a half hour to get our potato skins without bacon - which were covered in bacon! 45 minutes later our food showed up, or some of it I should say. My black bean veggie burger had bacon on it and had to be sent back. Never once did I ask for bacon. My fiancé ordered a side salad and ten wings. They never came. I went to buffalo wild wings on west union street on April 18 with a group of friends. We were greeted promptly and kindly. We choose our seats and were then greeted very friendly by our server with some small chit chat and put in our drink orders. We then placed our food order and received it in a very fast manor. After a few minutes, we got the usual check in from our server. After that however we finished our food and were left unattended for a long time. By far, the best BWW I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. Service was super efficient with friendly staff. Food was classic BWW - you can't go wrong. Special shout out to a great waitress, Mikayla. For a small college town, Athens, OH has a lot of pub choices & BWWs did not disappoint. Nice beer selection, too.
