This place was very good the all American burger is probably a top 5 food of all time like not just them in general but like only Buffalo Wild Wings American burger it was so good I downed that whole big boy in like 1 minute. Thr service was fine we had a friend show up a few minutes early and we took longer than expected to they thought he was just a lonely creep but it's whatever so ok service. The atmosphere lowkey not bad lotta football frfr but like I play hockey so it was whatever. But overall would go 120 in a school zone to eat here again. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - They had this cool ahh dog there to - American Near Me - Athens, Ohio

This is the second time I've ordered just a kids' tenders meal and you somehow messed it up -- again. I paid $11 (!) and even tipped and I get some sauce that's not even close to mild. A few wedges, also which cost extra. Inedible. I can't eat your cold meal, which for some reason was in two boxes and very overpriced. I am done with you and your sad-ass food. I want a refund. I worked an hour to pay you and not eat for the day. read more

Started off bad, kept waiting for server at bar, tender/server awesome gaves us great recommendations. We got twenty wings, five parmesan garlic, five spicy garlic, five buffalo bleu (limited time) and five asian zing. All the flavors great, highly recommend getting the buffalo bleu ones while available. Only I would recommend a cheat sheet on identifying which is which, like in a box of candies. read more

My server Rachel was absolutely amazing, she made me and my friends feel so welcomed!

The food is good but damn does it take YEARS to get it. People are pretty nice. Every-time I come here I know that it's gonna take about an hour and a half or more to get our food. read more

Absolutely terrible service. My friend and I were starving so we decided to go to bdubs and every place was super busy, so instead of just hopping from each restaurant to see how busy it was, we stayed at bdubs. We walked in and no one helped us for 30 mins, then a worker said that some people are leaving so we could just find a a seat and they'd "try" to clean it up for us. We sat down at this dirty table and have not been helped for an hour and 30 minutes now, we are still waiting. No one has gave us any notice on when we will be helped, not asked us what we would like to drink, NOTHING! I even told a girl worker that it wasn't our food on the table and she just said "ok." I understand she's had a busy day, but all we want is some kind of service whether that's drinks or just acknowledgement. I should've just left after the first hour, but I've invested to much time into this already. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - This is the table we had to sit at... not our food... not our drinks... - American Near Me - Athens, Ohio

Came in on April 27th around 10pm. It was dead but the bartender was extremely helpful, beer was cold & the food was hot. No complaints on my end! read more

Waited an hour and a half for an order of wings and a side of onion rings, never got them.

College town... I get it. However, the food that you pay for and wait for truly should be good not to mention hot when you basically the only customer in the joint! Soda was flat, wings were dry and cold and the fries were not even warm! Totally disappointed in this spot all the way around! The server was pleasant ... I will give him that. Maybe this is why it wasn't busy during lunch time ?? The restaurant was clean which was impressive. They did comp the meal... as well. So the two stars go to the server! Get it together in the kitchen! read more

Just received my order via DoorDash. The delivery was awesome. The food however was not. Multiple wings contained raw chicken and were not edible. And the same was true for the chicken tenders. I'm very disappointed as this is a safety/health issue. Definitely going to be staying far away from this place. read more

Seeing this as an act of 2 stars I feel that is inflated. If there was a 0 stars it would be too much for this hell hole. They clearly have no mgr on duty and the chaos is real. My to go order was 50 min late and the poor girl at the counter is going 10 jobs. read more

Outside the above average amount of tvs and quickness switching to games; Their staff is incredible. From the manager working Monday night 9/19/22, down to its staff, this place is incredibly well run. read more

Last meal I had here was made of old chicken tenders and the apitzer was cold. Not real apology and certainly no manager to be seen. Over priced crappy bar food read more

I do not recommend this place. There's always some strange man in the bathroom trying to look at my bird and the food makes me feel like a piece of crap. I heard that the chicken wings they get are from autistic chickens. I don't know about you but I just don't feel very good about eating an autistic chicken. I would not even recommend this place to my b***h mother-in-law. read more

takes FOREVER to get food. took us hour and half just for 6 wings and one fry. Definitely recommend going somewhere else

If you like sports, or hot waitresses, or wings and good sauces then this is the place to be. If not then you can go hang out with people who don't like those things somewhere lame like Applebees! This place sometime has a wait, but is almost always the fastest place in town to get a wing fix and definitely the best place to watch your favorite sporting event. My friends and I always go here, other places in Athens are too spotty and inconsistent when it comes to quality service. read more

Very poor service everytime. Place smells, food is average compared to other Bdubs. Tables are dirty and seats are gross. Go to any other sports bar in town. TV's aren't arranged good and are all like 40 inchers. read more

I wish I could give "0 stars." This place is a joke. Three of us walked in (1) to eat dinner, (2) to drink beer, (3) to watch the debate, (4) to listen to the debate, (5) to order a major to-go order for tonight and another for Friday. We walked in, and the only thing missing was point 4 above. I asked the waitress to put the sound on; she said no, because it would be "distracting." She told us to go the bar where the bartender would "definitely put it on." We walked to the bar, and the bartender told me he couldn't change the sound for the debate, to go back to the restaurant. We walked back to the restaurant, to once again inquire, and the wait staff walked away. We then walked right out, and nothing from points 1-5 happened. Well done BWWs, you lost out on about $2000 worth of sales. read more

You know, sometimes you just have a wing craving. Don't know why I bothered coming here. Went on a Monday night around 7. Not busy at all. First, our server was rude and completely uninterested in helping us. We ordered, then twenty minutes later were greeted with the wrong food. Another 35 minutes go by (no sign of our server the whole time) and we finally get the correct order. My "snack" basket of traditional wings (5) came with 4 drums and 1 flat... wings were so tough they were barely edible. Also, cheese curds were tiny, cold, and not worth the $8. Don't waste your time here. Overpriced, snotty staff, and poor service. Go to Shade ffor wings- they are better quality, cheaper, and the staff actually waits on you. read more

This BW3's is everything you would expect it to be based off of the other restaurants in the chain. The service is always painfully slow. I don't think I've ever been here and not thought about how slow the service is. The prices are ridiculous and the wings are very hit/miss. The bar area is significantly larger than the sit down area which doesn't make sense considering every time I've been there there's always a wait for the sit down side and no one on the bar side. The beer, like the wings, is VERY overpriced compared to other bars in Athens. The fried pickles, despite the high cost, always come out very undercooked. The two stars are for the wing sauce because it's surprisingly really good. I wouldn't recommend this BW3's if your short on time. read more

Absolutely horrible. If I wanted deep fried bread I could just throw some into a fryer. Got my meal from DoorDash and it felt light. Extremely light. Granted it was dry rub but for two orders of 15 wings. When I open them I washed shocked to see that they were literally almost pellets. Bit into one and there was NO chicken. Not only that, it took over an hour and a half to receive what was chicken bits that were left over in the fryers. read more

A customer friendly layout. We were greeted at the door by the manager and that was a good touch. The food as always was great. We eat at Bdubs a lot so we know the menu. We stayed for the ppv fights and the atmosphere was friendly. read more

Terrible service, took me 20 minutes to get a water. Server wouldn't show up to take my order. I tried to get a drink they took my license for another 20 minutes without taking my order or serving me my water. Then claimed it was her "first day". I had been here a 2 weeks before and had her as a server. This is also not the first tome I have had a problem with service here, GO ELSE WHERE read more

Called about gluten free fryers. When they came back on the phone after asking the manager, they said "we do have a gluten free fryer, but we can't guarantee it is because not everyone that works there knows about it". I've read the reviews on here and I didn't have the same experience as others may have, service was great, food came out quick and was hot. A nice vibe when I walked in with greeting..guess it depends on your attitude as well. But I don't have any complaints! read more

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever. Service was horrible. It took us 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food and then when it finally came, my grilled chicken wrap wasn't even heated. I have heard stories about this franchise but this was the first and hopefully last time I will be in one. A place with TV's placed in every location imaginable and the sound piped into the restrooms. The line of taps looks impressive but is just a lineup of BMC stuff. Did not have the food as none of it looked appetizing. A sad sad place and a waste of good real estate in Athens. read more

Came here 2 hours prior to a UFC fight that I paid for, and never got seated for the actual fight. After the hostess assured me I would get a full refund if I was not seated by time the entire PPV was over, the manager came out and asked my friends and me to leave. So I paid $10 to sit on a bench and watch a 3 hour pay-per-view and the worst service you can possibly have. read more

This was probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. This is in a college town run my college kids so I had very low expectations. And it still was terrible! We came here on parents weekend and they were so severely understaffed. Took about a half hour to get our potato skins without bacon - which were covered in bacon! 45 minutes later our food showed up, or some of it I should say. My black bean veggie burger had bacon on it and had to be sent back. Never once did I ask for bacon. My fiancé ordered a side salad and ten wings. They never came. Twenty minutes after I received my food the rest of my table got there's. Terrible service and bad food. Just save yourself he bad experience and go elsewhere. read more

Good games on TV. Poor IPA selection if your a craft beer person. Service little too slow for not a real busy place. Pricing ok

I went to buffalo wild wings on west union street on April 18 with a group of friends. We were greeted promptly and kindly. We choose our seats and were then greeted very friendly by our server with some small chit chat and put in our drink orders. We then placed our food order and received it in a very fast manor. After a few minutes, we got the usual check in from our server. After that however we finished our food and were left unattended for a long time. Finally, we got our checks but again waited a while before they were finally processed. This really madw our experience a rather unimpressive one with decent food and sub-par service. read more

Can I give zero stars? Crappy food. Crappy service. A discount was nice, but it doesn't make up for my WORST MEAL EVER!!!

I try to give most places a pass if they're at least trying. BW3 gets an F. It's NFL wildcard weekend. Get a clue. I walk in at 4:20 pm for the kickoff and the game isn't even on any tv's. What is this a North Korean BW3? So I ask the barmaid about the NFL playoffs and she stares back at me clueless. She then says "Sure I can put it on." She then does nothing but "chat" with fellow employees. Needless to say I left and went to the Cats Eye where not only were the tv's on the game, but the full sound was on as well. If you're claiming to be a sports bar, then be a sports bar. I don't expect them to know about every game or event, but the NFL playoffs? Come on BW3. Get a clue. So, to be fair, I gave it another chance. I took a party of 6 in here. The service was very good. The food is what you'd expect and at least they finally figured out how to get NFL playoff football on tv! read more

By far, the best BWW I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. Service was super efficient with friendly staff. Food was classic BWW - you can't go wrong. Special shout out to a great waitress, Mikayla. For a small college town, Athens, OH has a lot of pub choices & BWWs did not disappoint. Nice beer selection, too.
