I wouldn't even give them one star. We walked in, the greeting, or lack thereof, should've been an indication of how the experience would go. We sat down finally after the staffed argued in front of us of where they should seat us. The waiter took 3 of the 5 drink orders and said he'd be back. They gave 3 of us our drinks and then left. Didn't ask anyone else in the party what they wanted. We sat for 30 minutes and not one person came for the rest of the drink order or to ask what we wanted to eat. The place is dirty. The tables, WE had to wipe down before sitting down. The staff were rude. We finally decided to leave and they just watched us walk out. They didn't have any care in the world. You can tell they all hated their jobs. We were there to celebrate my son's confirmation. What a joke. The staff should quit and find better jobs if they hate it so much. Food was okay via taste- messy presentation. Asked about their happy hour and find after I order there is an after dark happy hour different menu. They showed lack of clarity and with and extra 400 dollars because of what I ordered. And that I was not clear when ordering. Even though I asked . They took no responsibility as I would not of ordered additional item if I knew I was paying full price. Additionally, had to ask for them to wipe tables down as they were still dirty- they did not really want to put in the effort as I had to ask and remind them. Right when we came in, I already saw someone shaking hands and personally thanking the server for his excellent work, and sitting down, I can eavesdrop the table next to us saying the server was the best he's had in a long time. When he got to us, his level of friendliness, positivity, and attentiveness was beyond anything I have experienced in most places. This BW3's is closest to my house, but I can't make it my favorite. It is less than 1 mile away. I'm sorry, but this review is compiled over the past year and overall experience during that time. I used to know the manager, and he really did a great job. I lost track of him over the years and new faces came in. I'll cut to the chase here; we have ordered during COVID as well as visited after regulations were lifted and it is not pleasing. When we ordered to go, the wings had the feeling like they had been under the heat lamps all...day...long. Breading was hard, lacking flavor and life. We thought, "well, life has been hard in 2020. Covid sucks." Then we get to dine in - service was slow, inattentive and left a lot to be desired. Food was mediocre at best. But at least we were finally eating out at the restaurant!! Then we try again...food was like we were eating the old stuff at the beginning of the pandemic. Then we went to the Westwood's location and found a different experience. Sorry guys on 80th, but we tried you a month ago and it was not a great experience. We now drive the extra distance for the quality we expect. The staff is nice, but she walked past us so many times to check on other tables and didn't even check in on us. That was not a happy experience. I've always came to this location just because it is pretty close have had some hiccups here and there but tonight probably has been the worst. Celebrating my birthday today and the food as always is good. But it seems like our table was avoided by our waitress. Watch her acknowledge tables around us checking up on them attending their drinks and making sure the food was good but some how we have been sitting at our table for about 40 minutes waiting for her to ask if we are ready to wrap up. Absolute trash. I am amazed that corporate hasn't pulled the license from this franchisee yet. This particular restaurant is a shame to all the other ones. I've given them many shots at this location, because I know that sometimes it can be a rough day and you might not be on top of your game, but this now seems like a regular attitude and competence. Most recently, my order has been completely lost/forgotten, and when I showed up hungry and happy and ready to have my wings, they do not have it ready nor do they feel affected by the failure and loss of my order. The honest truth? I'm surprised a chain restaurant like BWW has a shot in this area when many local wings outdo them in every measurable qualifier. TL;DR: don't come here. You'll waste your money and time. There are better, local owner and operated wing spots, where you'll get a better bang for your buck. As someone who rarely goes to corporate restaurants, Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the few. Always the perfect spot for good bar food and a great place to enjoy football!!! The first time at this location and it was a good experience. Lilyana is a gem and a great bartender. We followed her here from her last location. As always she took great care of us. We've tried their carryout three times. 1st impression is that there's no reserved parking spots for a quick carryout pickup. I guess it doesn't matter because the carryout orders move so slow that you end up sitting inside waiting for them anyway. Tonight we ordered off their app and they apparently missed it. They had to start the order after I got there and they couldn't find it. I had an email confirmation so I know I ordered and paid for it. Then the order was wrong. My husband likes the super hot flavors and I'm more of a mild lady, and boy did I get some spice. One ranch one blue cheese for 30 wings, cause that's enough? Also we had a younger toddler with us and her Mac n cheese didn't come until about 10min after our wings came. Come on, that's service 101. If anything bring the kids food first so they are happy and the parents can eat as well. On Sat. Feb 27, I went to pick up my order. While waiting a customer came out from the restaurant into the waiting area without a mask to have a conversation with their friend, they were not leaving. Neither wore a mask nor did they social distance from anyone who was waiting. Nobody from the restaurant mentioned or said anything to the couple having the conversation. So,I had to waited outside to be safe. Then when my order was ready I went back in to pick it and I also noticed the one of the kitchen staff was wearing the mask on their chin while make the customers food. If i could give less that a star I would! Bad service, COLD food and a store manager that didn't care one way or the other! The manager apparently has no idea what is going on in his restaurant. When I tried to address some of the issues he said he was short staffed and couldn't do anything more. "How about run the store and let someone else answer the phone." This is the third of our last for trips here that were subpar at burst. What I realized is the one time it was good there was a different manager on duty.
