Stopped in Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch yesterday. My wife had the salt and vinegar dry rub wings and fries. Both were done perfectly. The wings were nice and crispy. I had the ultimate sampler with onion wings, mozzarella sticks, beef on weck sliders and lemon pepper wings. Our food was amazing. Our server was friendly and responsive. The manager checked in on us as we ate. Great food and great service. read more

Had a great experience at the Adrian BWW yesterday. Restaurant was super clean. We revived excellent service from Monique...friendly and efficient. She checked on us often without being overbearing. Food was best we've had at any BWW location. We will definitely return. read more

Absolutely horrible! I walked in and ask for a seat they said I had to wait 15 min as the kitchen was backed up ok fine so I asked if my daughter and I could go to the bar and they told me yes, when a guy walks in right behind me with his daughter and they tell him the same thing but he says he doesn't want to wait so they seat him and his daughter. The hostess was so rude when I asked why he got sat and I didn't read more

As with most BWW locations you get a nice atmosphere with many TVs for watching sports. Came for lunch and ordered 10 boneless wings with fries for a nice price. Service was kind of slow and it wasn't overly busy. Wings are decent, Thai Curry had good flavor and decent spice. Fries are average at best. If you are looking for atmosphere when watching sports this is your place, if you are going strictly for food you will be a bit underwhelmed. read more

My parmesan garlic boneless wings 10 piece were very good and very filling. The carrots and celery are a good pairing. This was a carryout order when my son and his friend dined inside the restaurant. They had good service and were happy with their orders read more

Decent food, slow service, and an automatic 18% gratuity? Message to management: you are Buffalo Wild Wings - a place where middle aged men go to drink cheap beer and eat half priced wings. You have no business tagging on an automatic gratuity. Bunch of clowns. read more

We are from out of town here visiting the family for our nephews bday...a young lady named Selena waited on us and just really elevated the experience for all of us...I am a long time bartender/server recently turned management, and I would have tried to recruit Ms Selena if we didn't live so far away...she is fantastic at her job...the food was good, but service will make you return..great job read more

Refused to seat me at a table because I was a party of 1, even though many tables through out the restaurant were open. Offered me a seat at the bar. This occurred at 1:00 PM 1/19. The hostess indicated it would be a long wait for table, even though all the tables weren't full. I usually estimate there ever other week. I will reconsider my lunch choices after today. Poor service. I only choose one star because the site refused to let me post the review unless I choose a star. read more

Just another over priced BWW. Service has been better the last few times I have been in. Still a pricy place to eat an drink if it isn't happy hour. Idk if it's just me but this bbw hasn't been there very long an it's already starting to feel dated. Also I will add to my review the men's bathroom is always dirty. read more

Bait and switch. I called ahead to see if they had ESPN+.The manager Casey assured me they had it and would put it on for us. We arrived a half hour and confirmed they would put it on. After we spent$50 we were told they couldn't put it on. What a ripoff. They lost me as a customer. 2 thumbs down. read more

Service is at a low food was wrong had to keep asking for services. Last dam time I come here.

Came in today as I usually do maybe once a week to have a few wings and play a little trivia use some of my rewards to order some cheese sticks and some wings told the bartender Teresa I have redeemed some points and she told me I had to have to go to the take out for that. I told her no the other bartender usually punches in my phone number and redeems my order. She got so upset. She went and got the manager. The manager came out hollering at me that multiple times he said the deal with me and I can only remember to this one and one for the Super Bowl, needless to say things got heated manager ended up fixing my order and redeeming my points as usual as the other bartender usually does but I will never be back here when this bartender works read more

So we went in 2 weeks ago for a lunch burger. Both burgers came out raw in middle when ordered well done! One bite into my burger and I was done eating made me sick to eat raw hamburger meat! We canceled one meal and my wife had hers re-fired . The manager gave us a 15.00 gift certificate to come back. We went back today, 12 noon for lunch, service was absolutely terrible! With only 5 other customers in entire restaurant your wait staff neglected is bad, to the point we changed our order to go, left a 22 cent tip which is more than she deserved but didn't want to wait 10 min for change! Asked another waitress to run our lotto ticket like I had asked my waitress 10 mins prior, all though doing nothing but sipping on what appeared to be a soda, said to me, your waitress will run it when she has time? That's when we decided to get food to go, say in mall parking lot to eat and chicken was under cooked?? No ty ill pass on going back! read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Note left for manager! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Adrian, Michigan

First and last time at this business, today. Business was *slow*. After 10 minutes a server finally asked what we'd like to drink. 15 minutes later she returned to take our order. The sauce on my wings did not taste right. After tasting and waiting 10 minutes I was able to tell my server. She doubted me at first and I asked her to just resubmit the order because it tasted like the wrong sauce. 15 more minutes and a man came from the kitchen and confronted me. He was very accusatory and insisting I didn't know what *I* was talking about. He let me know several times that he spun the sauce on my wings himself and that he even cooked my wings. After the fourth time he said "Well I know that's Honey Garlic sauce, BAW!" ...followed by "Not to sound rude but..." with a shoulder shrug as he walked away. Baw?? It sounded like an in-your-face booyah and it was rude, unnecessary, and ridiculous. I was offered no alternative option for the wings and certainly not for the poor service or the behavior of the maybe-manager? Total garbage. Don't waste your time or money here. The only reason there is one star is because Yelp won't let me leave the star rating as a 0. read more

Went there for dinner...service was so slow that it took a hour before a server even came to our table. We then waited over an hour to get our food from the kitchen. By the time we were done eating I wasn't even sure who our server was because we had a different person wait on us the whole time. After our food was served no one ever came back to the table to check on us. The table next to where we were sitting had a pile of garbage at least a foot high and since the restaurant wasn't that busy I would have assumed someone would have cleaned the table. We waited forever for our bill and had to flag a server down to finally being it to our table. When I complained on the way out to the host and also sent a message to their website letting management know of our bad experience....they never replied. read more

I had quite a few SERIOUS carnivores with me for a lunch outing so we headed to Buffalo Wild Wings. I am a vegetarian, but from experience I know they have a decent black bean burger for the non meat eaters. So, I knew I was good to go. Not only did we have a mixed bag of meat vs non meat, but one of my peeps had more eating restrictions. Happily, we all were able to find something. Not always easy at a chain restaurant. This is a nice welcoming location. It is clean and nicely divided into different dining sections. I think this also helps keep the background noise down, overall. We all enjoyed our meals. One of us enjoyed the usual...boneless wings. Can't go wrong especially with their variety of sauces with varying heat levels clearly identified in the menu. I had the black bean burger. I will not say that I think it is homemade, but it is a decent meal. My other friend had the pulled pork sandwich with out the bun. She enjoyed it as well. They have a nice selection of draft beers and other cocktails. Feeling sassy...(not classy) go from the frozen twisted margarita. The service was good overall. Can't complain. However, nothing noteworthy. All in all a good stop for keeping a variety of different eaters happy. read more

Worst experience ever. We had dinner for our 15 year old son at adrian wild wings and we bought $225 worth of gift cards and we were told by 2 employees that we could use the gift cards to pay our bill. After dinner we went to pay our bill with the cards and we were then told that you cant use the gifts cards so we asked to have the money for the gift cards refunded and then we were told that they cannot refund the money. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I will never come here again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. read more

I've been in Adrian for 5 years and every time I go or place a take-out order something goes wrong. Today I was just fed up. I placed a take-out order over the phone the lady took our order and told us how long til pick up. When I arrived they said they had never placed the order in the system and that they wouldn't make the order because their kitchen was closed. I asked the manager what they could do and he told me nothing which left me with no food coupons or anything to make up for their error. I do not recommend this restaurant it gives Buffalo Wild Wings a bad reputation. read more

If you like paying top dollar for average food, this is your place. There are other wing places to go to where you're not going to pay $75 for two beers, 20 wings, a kids meal and a share of fries. This seems to be the common conversation between Buffalo Wild Wings goers. Love me some Fricker's! read more

When we first walked in we were greeted then seated in the most annoying spot with a bright ass spot light on us before we can ask to move host was gone but we dealt with her seating choice. Then it took 10 minutes or more for a server to even greet us and start us off with drinks etc our server so happened to be the bartender as well , so of course it took her some time considering she has the bar and some of the dining as her section which is poor scheduling on the mangers behalf to be short staffed and to have a bartender deal with bar and restaurant. We ordered our food and got the lunch special and I guess it came with a drink ,I don't drink soda so I got water , when we received our bill I was charged for a drink I never ordered cause it came with the special but since I never got a soda I shouldn't of been charged for 3$ for something I didn't drink or get . We both got the snack size which was six Wings an a small amount of fries, it was the smallest portion of food, it looked like it was for kids for 30$ , ridiculous and I also ordered the mild wings and my Wings came so dry an I had to get extra sauce due to literally no sauce on my wings , over all poor service , low staff , overpriced , poor quality food . As we were leaving the host said "see you guys later" , most likely not . read more

Just as any other BW3, the food will always do its job and they'll always come out with new items to tease the pallet. That said, someone in that building needs to figure out how to put a price on their liquors. They charge $10.50 for 2 ozs. of Bulleit Rye. A bottle would cost me $30! As for Kettle One, $13. Somehow, once you step through the doors of BW3's in Adrian, MI, you are transported to BW3's in Chicago. Summer and BB were great behind the bar with a lot of interaction and smiles. I will go back, but I'll just still with the PBR. read more

Great place to hang out with the buds. My waitress ugh...... Terrible service. Overpriced. The only thing good in that place, are the TVs and the beer. Don't get anything to eat. You will be disappointed. The food is good. And the young man who was the host was very friendly. But two of our orders were wrong. The wait for our food was longer than expected.
