Both times, he has been nothing short of exceptional. Not only is he incredibly skilled, but his bedside manner is something you rarely find anymore. He never makes you feel rushed. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand, answers every question, and talks to you like an old friend instead of just another client. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his patients and their families. After Harper Jane's most recent surgery, she decided to remove her own staples, causing her incision to open and bleed. Of course, this happened on a Friday evening. I texted Dr. Keith, and despite having a house full of guests, he met us at his office on Saturday to check on her. He made sure she was okay and didn't even want to charge us for the visit. That kind of dedication, compassion, and generosity is almost unheard of. Dr. Keith goes above and beyond because he truly loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. Harper Jane is healthy today because of his expertise and care, and I will be forever grateful. She consulted Dr. King about the best course of action for my baby and went out of her way to find me options for her next stage of care. Roxanna the Office/Practice manager has been amazing since the first time I took my pet in for a second opinion. The front desk employees are always so very kind and friendly, the vet techs know their stuff and are always more than helpful. The staff was so friendly and of course Shadow was his charming self until it came to the exam lol. They were gentle with him and gave him plenty of treats afterwards . His Doctor was friendly and very enthusiastic about Shadow being in such good shape . He has nice teeth , clean ears, clear lungs . Knowing all of this made me relax more. He got a clean bill of health with the exception that he's FIV positive. Shadow is the only cat in our house and he's strictly a indoor cat. Even with that he can and will live a full life . One of the ladies did agree with me that he looks like he's part Russian Blue. In terms of cost the initial exam was free because we adopted him from LHS . I did pay for some additional testing and I think it was a fair price . Shadow does have pet insurance for those just in case moments hopefully they'll be none of those. Shadow will continue to to there for check ups and future shots .

Could noT find anything majorly wrong however, his back hip was a lil sore. We think be cause him now being able to roam and not on leash as much he tends to over do I it with the zoomies. Dr gave him some anti inflammatory meds and have him rest a few days. THat worked great and they gAve us some refilLs just in case.

My…read morecat, now a year old, stayed at Woodford during the summer while I was abroad for several weeks, and again for a week this month. I request the large kennel for him so there is room for his carrier where he can curl up whenever he chooses. My confidence level in the kennel is somewhat higher since his vets (Drs. Campbell and Jolly) are at Woodford. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even taking him to the hospital when he had an appointment during his summer stay. I'm happy to have a credible option for his care whenever the need is there.
