The first one was "a failure". Ok fine, it had to come out & a new one put in. It literally took months for everything to heal in between visits & what not. I was due for a follow-up in October of 2020, in the heat of Covid. Allegedly I missed this appointment. In December of 2020 I, along with my family, contracted Covid. I was hospitalized & on oxygen. Christmas Eve, 2020, my mother passed from Covid. My father was hospitalized for 3 months, then released in my care due to dementia. Allegedly I missed another appointment in January of 2021 while I was healing & grieving the death of my mother. Fast forward to today, the implant is giving me issues. It's tender, sore & I was told by my dentist that there's some bone loss. I call Dr. Sindoni's office to get back in there to see what's going on & I'm informed by STEPHANIE, that I'm a "non-compliant" patient for allegedly no-showing at my previous appointments. I explained to her what happened & where my life, head & heart were at the time & she didn't care! All she kept saying was that I was non-compliant. She's rude, bitchy & knows there will be zero repercussion as the doctor is her husband. There is no more $$$ to be made on me. They already robbed me and now won't follow through on THEIR workmanship. Over the weekend, it became clear how badly she botched the job--I was left with a visible, uneven gap in the front of my mouth.When I called to reschedule and fix this, Dr. Zaman personally called me back and stated she would rather just issue me a full refund so I could go elsewhere. However, on the day of my rescheduled date, the office called me twice asking why I missed the appointment. Surgeon is extremely rude and does not answer any questions you may have prior to the surgery. I have a heart condition so it was important for me to go in and ask questions as i needed clearance from the cardiologist to even get my wisdom teeth out. However the surgeon ignored them and pushed me out of the constellation. When getting my wisdom teeth removed i had anxiety- as any one does getting them out. He threaten to not do them for me and began packing his things out of the room to leave. LESS THAN 3 minutes of even taking me back there. I am only 23 and expressed multiple times i have anxiety which none of them seemed to believe. Every person there looked at me like i was crazy. I am so beyond relieved i will never have to go back to this place and I highly suggest looking elsewhere before booking with them!! It was not worth it at all.

She suggested that I try Buffalo Oral Surgery and hopefully get sedated for an extraction. It was with heavy heart that I made my appointment. Today was the day. I had a female surgeon/dentist. In my angst over this procedure I didn't get her name. She sat and spoke to me about the anesthetic issue and then started shooting me up. It took her about four tries as well. She had me open my mouth and I assumed she was just checking to see if the local was working. She spoke to me about a number of things and then sat back and said the words I so longed to hear - "You are finished. The tooth is gone". YES! Other than my anxiety there was nothing to bother me. The actual extraction was perhaps a minute or two? It took longer for the local to kick in. Am I over my fear of sharp objects in my mouth? Not in this lifetime however I know now that procedures don't need to be painful to be effective.

Lynn greeted me at the front desk with a friendly, welcoming smile. From there I was seen by the Dental Assistant, Hygienist, Dentist, Owner, and again by Lynn (Operations Manager). EVERY staff member I encountered was so comforting and had an eagerness to help me fix my smile. I was VERY emotional but at the end of my visit I was so happy I chose this dental office!
