My last visit was at "a" main st office, I called that number to reschedule an appointment set six months ago. The woman who answered was very rude, told me I was calling the wrong office and when I probed she hastily explained that there were two offices on Main St Buffalo and I was looking for the Amherst location since "my" location had moved there. When I had to interrupt her before she hung up I asked could I be seen there, she frustratingly asked what was my insurance. I then said never mind I will go elsewhere since I didn't appreciate the way she was speaking to me. She immediately hung up on me. Unfortunately I did not get her name and I am well aware this is a big operation and don't even know who "Dr Bob" is but I am so tired of rude customer service.

Dr…read more Altman is a very skilled and experienced dentist who takes the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, put the plan of action in motion and fix it--painlessly. In addition, what really stands out and is worthy of comment for this practice is the professionalism and enthusiasm of his staff- not to mention Dr. Altman being just one heck of a nice guy. So nice to see employees who really enjoy their jobs as well as each other- everyone is so nice and welcoming and it really shows. 5 stars no question. Very happy to be a new patient :-)
