No pain on the in-office procedure and still hours later feeling fine. I will definitely be going back for a yearly skin check as they recommended. The only complaint is their waiting room is tiny and awkward. With so many patients, they need a larger more comfortable space.

Patricia is so dedicated to her patients results, she gave me 110% to make sure the results I was looking for were realized. After only one treatment too! Highly recommend working with Patricia, if you follow her lead on what treatment is needed and do the maintenance work at home you will see the fat melt away like nothing else. Cool Sculpting REALLY works, but not all Cool Sculpting Masters are the same. You need to ask for Patricia. And as a plus; she is such a sweet person.

Dr. Hixon has a great bedside manner! He listens, makes recommendations, and invites you into the decision making process. It was evident that he was up to date on the literature for my condition (something I could not say for the specialist at UTSW unfortunately). Extra kudos for getting me to the room on time. I'm not so picky about this bc I understand how challenging that can be when you are truly taking the time to provide personalized care to your patients. No billing or insurance complaints!
