During quarantine I box dyed my hair black, then used sun-in to lighten it, attempted to give myself a short haircut with layers, and tried to trim my bangs... she was able to undo all that and make my hair look exactly how I wanted it to in the first place! I have very thick hair and I've tried out many different salons and Liz has been the best by far! Not only did she give me a haircut that worked with the fullness of my hair but she also styled it perfectly afterwards so i felt amazing leaving the salon! I came in on October 30, 2025 for my appointment with Olivia. The first thing I observed was a sign on the counter saying that there was tarot card readings in the back for $10. I turned and I almost walked out. I don't go anywhere where there are tarot card readings because being a Christian it is highly offensive. I don't care if you do that in your own space but it is not acceptable to have it in a hair salon setting. I was not the only customer that was offended by it. Second my hair color was a disaster. I walked out of the beauty salon in tears. I just wanted to leave after three hours of getting my hair done and it being turned completely gray with a lilac tint. The girl that did my hair was very nice but not qualified to do what I asked. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. I got the exact opposite and my hair was ruined. It was not even an ash blonde it was an ugly brown grey. When I told the girl that it was grey with lilac tint she said it should wash out but that she would fix it if I don't like it. I was not willing to see if she could fix it. I paid and left. I spent over $200 and I could have done a better job myself at home. I would not recommend the salon to anyone in fact, just the opposite. I had to spend more money to have my hair fixed. Thankfully I found someone at another salon that was willing to fix it right away. It was an awful experience.

I have long, thick, plentiful hair that I cut maybe once every two years at most, so I'm a little bit particular about how I like it cut. Nikki made sure to accommodate what I wanted and also added her own flair, walking me through every step and making sure I loved it. She's amazing for wavy/curly hair and definitely provided a PHENOMENAL service. I can't stop touching and looking at my hair! On top of being fantastic at what she does, she's super sweet and personable and it feels like an old friend is doing your hair. 10 stars for Nikki, she's the girl you need to see for any hair related needs.

After I paid the agreed amount, the stylist became upset because I didn't include the tip, I told her that I was out of cash would pay her later but she kept yelling at me and started cussing me and asked me to leave . This happened in front of my children, which was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. These people don't understand that tips are earned with kindness and good service not by demanding, and I really didn't have cash so couldn't pay but promised her to come back again, but she was super mean, think before you go to this disgusting place! Might happen with you too! These people are psychos!! No humanity! Little bit about their salon! The salon appeared very unclean. Hair was left all over the floor, and the overall space did not feel maintained. I did not see tools like combs or scissors being cleaned between clients. At one point, the same scissors appeared to be used after a customer had a cut, without being sanitized. Staff did not appear to wash their hands between clients. The broom used for cleaning looked very dirty. The restroom did not have soap available and did not appear hygienic. The salon also had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor hygiene practices, and the way I was treated make this a place I would not recommend.
