Arrive 20 min early, and you are treated to a complimentary warm foot soak in the relaxation room. I changed into my robe and waited in the relaxation room before my first service. The massage with May was fantastic. Most Swedish massages are too hard for me, but she has a soft, relaxing technique. I almost fell asleep on the chair, which is the biggest compliment I can give! Highly recommend May. Shortly after my massage, I waited in the relaxation room again for my facial with Mia. Mia also did a great job. My skin was glowing after, and I even purchased her recommended facial oil after. ME Spa is now my go-to place for relaxing in the Simi Valley area.

I got a brow lamination + tint and lash lift + tint, and it made a bigger difference than I expected. My brows actually have shape again, my lashes look darker and lifted, and overall I just look more like myself without having to do anything. The experience was also really easy and comfortable--not rushed, not overdone, and it still looks natural. Now I can go from the barn to the rest of my day without thinking about it, which is exactly what I needed. This place gets busy so it's hard to get a reservation on the days I want. Anyway, I received a text message yesterday saying that they had two openings and asked if I wanted to reserve those times for today. I said yes, to reserve both times (for me and my husband). So today, I went there and felt so stupid because the receptionist told me that I didn't have a reservation. I told her I confirmed the 3:00 PM and 4:45 PM reservations. She checked and said none of them was reserved, but she did see the messages in their system. I was soooo upset! You have no idea how badly I wanted to get a massage today and they had my hopes up, I've been waiting to get an appointment. I was so embarrassed and upset, but didn't show it to the receptionist because it was pointless to get mad when they couldn't even fix their mistake! Ughh how stupid of them to miss saving two reservations in their system!! I just terminated my membership and was really hoping to use my rollover sessions before it expires.
