They chipped out all our old plaster, reinforced several areas that were compromised, laid new tile, put in pebble tec, and installed an auto fill for us. After they completed this we were quick to hire Guillermo to refinish our pool deck as well, and the whole pool and deck came out FANTASTIC! I've already recommended Guillermo to friends and I would recommend him to everyone! He is an incredibly hard worker, provides fantastic customer service, and his prices are fair. I would give Guillermo and his crew at Excel Pools and Spas 100 out of 5 stars!

He completely remodeled and restored over 1,000 sq ft of our pool deck and it looks absolutely phenomenal. He did the work himself because it was an extremely technical job and his attention to detail and perfection was incredible. He was always here on time when he said he would be, he kept the job moving, and he had the utmost respect for our property and keeping it clean on a daily basis even though the work to take the old deck up created a lot of dust. He took the time to cover all our furniture, plants, pool and spa, etc. to minimize any dust and his clean up was exceptional. I wish we could give him ten stars. Our deck is absolutely beautiful and he stands behind his work.

On our first, exploratory, trip (simply to explore our options before an "official" house-hunting trip), Gabrielle invested two full days and shared her immense knowledge of local real estate with us. I can't believe how much time and help she provided at that early stage, when we told her we weren't going to be making a purchase that trip. Then, several weeks later after we had our current home under a sales contract, we called Gabrielle on short notice, said we were flying back to Tucson in two days, asked if it would be possible for her to set up appointments to look at 20 or more homes? She somehow did it, helped us find a home that we are thrilled with, and continued to work hard through negotiations and escrow. She's still working hard as we approach close of escrow, and is helping us line up contractors to do a few things to the new house. This is our sixth home purchase in a little over 3 decades, and Gabrielle is the most impressive and helpful realtor we've ever worked with.
