She apologized and offered to have the flowers delivered or give me a refund. She blamed the whole thing on technology. She never explained why she hadn't responded to my email or returned my calls. Most florist websites provide practically no evidence of their work, so I was frustrated with this process in the beginning. Then I came across sola flowers! What a genius idea! Flowers that can last forever and be equally as beautiful as a live bouquet. SOLD! I researched various vendors (mostly through Etsy), and even considered creating my own (although it's been a long time since I took that high school flower arranging class). Finally, I came across Pine & Petal Weddings. Their website was so beautifully designed, easy to navigate, and thorough with a multitude of styles and colors! I sent an inquiry along with an image of my dress and samples of other bouquets that inspired me for my bouquet design. Tiffany Adams quickly responded with a thorough message. I loved how she didn't try to push the sell or even upsell. She agreed on my thoughts for size, offered a variety of options to make my dream bouquet, and went above and beyond on information so I can make the best decision. Vanessa from the design team soon reached out to me to ask about preferences, sending me pictures along the way, and asking for feedback to ensure an accurate design. Within 3 weeks, I received stunning pictures of my bouquet, and I couldn't have been happier! Within 5 days of that, my sister was in receipt of the bouquet. I'm excited to carry it down the aisle in two weeks! I'll try to remember to update this post with pictures from my wedding. But I have no doubt that I'll be as in love with the bouquet in person as I am with this whole process. The Pine and Petal Weddings design team is incredible. They even followed up after the flowers were delivered to ensure I was happy! One last thing about this whole process, I had also researched live bouquets. Purchasing a Pine & Petal Weddings bouquet likely saved me between $25 and $75 compared to similar live bouquets. Shipping was free. PLUS this one won't die before the end of the day! Win. Win. Win. Contact them. You won't regret it!

Knowing this, I researched a variety of sola flower vendors until I came across the Pine & Petals Weddings online portfolio. I found an exact photo of what I wanted! I worked with their team to design and change some colors to custom meet what I was looking for. COVID happened, and I had to change the date of our wedding. I was worried that there would be an issue with the flowers, but alas, there was none! We changed the shipping date, and I received my florals in plenty of time. Stored in a closet until I needed them, they still held their shapes and colors for the day-of. I ordered 2 bouquets, 2 corsages and 4 boutonnieres, all for slightly less than what real florals that die would have cost me! My wedding was in Arizona, and even with shipping it was still less! Definitely check them out, their design team is wonderful!
