They were very kind and gracious, and were able to create two beautiful bouquets of long-stemmed roses with greenery and baby's breath, wrapped with shred ribbons. She apologized and offered to have the flowers delivered or give me a refund. She blamed the whole thing on technology. She never explained why she hadn't responded to my email or returned my calls. Be careful with this business. People and businesses make mistakes but the lack of accountability is really bad.
