I called over and they said that they had the ability to prepare a bouquet for me, or take a look at some of the prepared in the case flowers already prepared. Note that the address located on some of the websites is incorrect as they have moved so check before you go! Not too far from the original location. I was pleasantly greeted and assisted by the lady at the counter. She offered to make a bouquet or show me what was already prepared. I was amazed at the selection and the unbelievably inexpensive pricing available. She packed up the prepared bouquet, already in a vase, into a vase that would allow me to travel safely in the car without spilling. I was out of there in less than five minutes! I ordered the "Pink and Pearly" premium bouquet and paid $165 for the largest size, plus $9.99 for balloons. I understand seasonal substitutions happen -- that is not what occurred here. What was delivered bore little resemblance to the arrangement advertised on their own website. The bouquet is specifically described as being "studded with pearls and woven with gossamer ribbon." There were no pearls. No ribbon. Nothing even close. Those are not minor substitutions -- those are defining features of the design. The flowers themselves were underwhelming and unacceptable for a "premium" arrangement. The bouquet was small, some petals were MISSING and others were visibly drooping on arrival. It looked like something hastily assembled (and purchased at a gas station) not a $165 arrangement. Even more concerning: the balloons I paid extra for were never delivered at all. I contacted the owner immediately to give them an opportunity to address this privately. It has now been five days with zero response. No explanation. No accountability. No attempt to make it right. When you charge premium prices, you are expected to deliver premium quality -- or at the very least communicate when you fall short. Neither happened here. Made a note not to make any changes but if they couldn't deliver the Peonies to call me. They couldn't fill this order so they called me and we spoke about what I wanted and what I didn't. They did exact opposite of what we talked about. When I saw what looked like a furneral arrangement I contacted them immediately. They sent an email back apologizing saying there was a misunderstanding between the order taker and flower arranger. They asked what they could do to rectify this. I was so surprised that someone actually cared about their customer. However, this turned out to be an empty gesture. This was in August. So I thought I'd give them a chance and emailed them, no response. It is now October. It's not worth spending over $80 for a flower arrangement you can pick up at the grocery store. Very disappointing and this will keep me from trusting another florist for deliveries. It's too bad companies don't take into account that we would use them over and over again if they had better service and really cared.

We got the $25 special and it comes with 2 plants, a vase, dirt and rocks and $5 worth of little items to decorate your terrarium. I went a little overboard and wanted to get some extra items to decorate so I paid a little extra but it was so worth it. The ladies working were so nice and helpful , they walked us through the process effortlessly. I loved to see my terrarium come to life and my mom also enjoyed how hers turned out.
