Horrible experience! Ordered a floral arrangement for mother's day. Albeit close to the day, the website said it could be delivered the day after. The next day I get an email saying they cannot deliver the arrangement I picked but gave me option of a dozen roses. I declined and my mom got no flowers for mother's day. Did I wait too long? Maybe. Did I place an order in good faith only to have them cancel it a day later? Yes. The plus side to this is I found a much better flower shop in Ocala called the Ocala Flower Shop. I would do my shopping there If I were you. read more

Thanks for the beautiful flowers! So happy and proud to have them gifted. You are amazing. The family was impressed with your work.

This is my best florist experience with online ordering anywhere in the country. Bo Kay is tippy top tier in floral artistry down to the tiniest detail. I don't even bother telling them anything other than the occasion anymore They have put outdoing other florists everywhere behind them and are currently outdoing themselves! Beautiful and a beautiful business experience every time! read more

I'd give Shannon at Bo-Kay 6 stars if I could. I'm in California and needed help getting flowers to someone in Ocala who provided help when I needed it. Shannon was wonderful and friendly and, most important of all, willing to help me over the phone. That personal touch that you can't get online. If you need flowers, call or go in to her shop. Thank you again Shannon. read more

I called for a last minute arrangement to be sent same day to a funeral service and wanted a cut flower arrangement. The lady on the phone was very apologetic but they would only be able to provide a planter on such short notice. I went ahead and ordered the planter, sight unseen, and when I saw it I was thrilled with it. It was very large and it arrived in a ceramic pot--not some cheap plastic container. She had included some fresh cut flowers in it and it was so pretty. I could have not been more pleased with the honesty, the service or the quality. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for flowers. read more

I good friend and former neighbor here in the greater Albuquerque, NM, area is currently in the Ocala Regional Hospital, and I needed to find a good Ocala florist to send her something special. I just received a thank you from my friend and a photo of what was delivered. All the 5-star reviews are well-earned! Angela took my rather vague instructions and made magic happen! Can't say how much I appreciate the superlative efforts and just gorgeous results. Skip the FTD or other national websites. Open Yelp, find a LOCAL florist, and read their reviews. I order a LOT of flowers and expect fresh arrangements - freshly made and fragrant. Bo-Kay gets my vote for Florida Florist of the Year! Just a great job and great staff! Thank you so very much! read more

I found Bo-Kay on here as the top rated florist in the area. I live in CO and was sending flowers to my mother in Ocala who was having surgery. Alanta (sp?) was SOO helpful and compassionate to making sure I purchased the best bouquet for my mom. My mother was so thrilled with the bouquet and that's all I could ask for. Thanks to Bo-Kay for helping me with this. read more

After asking for recommendations as we were from out of town Bo-Kay came highly recommended. We needed funeral flowers for our dad who passed suddenly. Alanta, the young lady who took care of us was empathetic and understanding. She offered her condolences, though was unsure if they could accommodate our request. You could see they were swamped with Valentines Day orders. Thank goodness they were able to! 24 hours later the flowers were delivered and they were beautiful! THANK YOU for your help and going the extra mile!!! read more

I recently requested to have an exotic floral arrangement designed and delivered to a friend in Ocala. As I am in Tampa I relied on reviews such as this one to choose this establishment. I am so extremely delighted at the result of the arrangement that was delivered. My friend was so complementary he said he had never ever seen such a wonderful arrangement. He even sent me a photo which was a welcome surprise. If you know anyone in Ocala that would like a beautiful arrangement please call Bo Kay Florist. read more

I just got off the phone with Melissa at Bo-Kay Florist and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate her and Bo-Kay Florist for coming through for me! We are a military family and currently in Virginia. I received a call from my sister this morning telling me that our dad has suffered a stroke. I wanted to send flowers to him in the hospital letting him know I am thinking about him and praying for everyone - upon a google search I came across Bo-Kay Florist. Your company has awesome reviews and not far from the hospital where my dad is staying. When I called, Melissa immediately told me she would do all she could to help in anyway. She even offered me a military discount! She told me they would have it delivered today and from start to finish, I was off the phone in less than 10 minutes! She consoled me during a very difficult time. Being stationed all over the world, encountering people like Melissa are few and far between and I wanted to make sure I thanked her. Her compassion and dedication; not only to Bo-Kay Florist, but in making the world a better place! Thank you so very much Melissa - God bless you! read more
