There are multiple levels of security and the elevator is huge and fast. The owner, who is there all week, is super nice and helpful. You can tell he really takes pride in his business and maintains the utmost in customer service. There are ample dollies and carts, all in great condition. The temperature was perfect and both the unit and the halls were pristine. Before you go spend the same amount of money on a terrible unit nearby, come check this place out!!!

Add on working while moving and other additional stressors, and I was bracing for the worst case scenario. I went in expecting a nightmarish move like our last experience (with another company), only to be surprised by how smoothly everything went in comparison to all our previous moves. Only a few minor things were damaged - nothing we can't live without or get replaced. The 3 man crew who completed our move were cordial, and were very careful and respectful of the furniture and properties. Their team leader was experienced and imparted some helpful advice on how to fix the legs of my old upright piano that had been damaged in a previous move. While this job certainly went overtime, the cost was reasonable for our shoestring budget. These young men worked hard, and my family and I really appreciate their efforts and due diligence. In the past I used another local storage facility that was close to the Pequest river and whenever it got flooded so did some of the units and the manager was hardly even around if you needed something. The fees here are reasonable and compared to others in the county it is by far better. Being a new business owner myself I needed a facility that I could access whenever I need it, being in the car & residential tinting business and there are cameras throughout. Surrounded by residential homes and corn fields it's a very safe location.

I also bought 2 plastic utility shelves for storage to keep boxes off the floor. I could not put all my things in the unit because between Aug 11 and Aug 23 I got 5 mice in 13 days on sticky traps!! I had to stop taking my things there and remove the few things I stored. Amanda in the office stated "this is public storage you should know to expect rodents"
