I have had a unit here since 2021. I never had a problem. the place is well kept and no issue but holy cannoli whoever answers the phone there is just plain nasty. The customer service here really needs to be addressed. The woman who manages or whatever has a condescending tone and very unprofessional like I was bothering her for calling with a question.
