Greg took the time to explain what each item was, gave me examples, and was patient with my inexperienced questions. As it turns out I was underinsured for my car insurance and was able to pay the same amount with erie for a policy that covered me 12x the amount my old company was offering. For the same items of my home insurance I also saved about $200 switching to erie. The Saturday I hit a dear on 476 and totalled my truck, I called Greg and by the time the tow truck dropped me off at my house my claim had been started, and Greg told me where I could pick up my rental car. Any questions I've had were answered by Greg or anyone else in the office quickly and prefessionally. I am grateful to have found this company and recommend them to all of my family and friends. He left it with a gentleman who said he would go over it and give him a call. My husband returned about week later since he had not heard from him. He waited awhile as the man was on the phone speaking Spanish with someone. When he got off the phone he said he could not find the paperwork but gave a high quote with no explanation of what it covered. My husband told him to find the paperwork and he would return for it. Several days later he stopped in for the paperwork. The man told him the cleaning lady probably threw them away. What kind of business keeps personal information out for everyone to see and the cleaning staff goes threw it and throws it away? This agent thought nothing of this no apology, just didn't care.

I go in for a walk-in appointment and from the get-go, I'm met with hostility. I told the man at the front desk that I would like to do a walk in appointment to do my fingerprints, but I'm RUDELY told that I have to go online and SCHEDULE a WALK-IN appointment, which made ABSOLUTELY no sense at all. After that, I was basically shooed away and was told to "just have a seat". And if that wasn't enough, after waiting like 30 mins and watching many people get their fingerprints done before me (even though I was the first person to show up), when I was finally able to schedule the walk in, I was told that I couldn't be serviced because the information that I entered on the website didn't match the information on my passport, which was a BLATANT AND BOLD FACE LIE because I inputted ALL of my info correctly, multiple times! But instead of trying to work out the problem right then and there, I was shooed away again and was referred to customer service. I regret not getting names and numbers because everyone involved deserves to be fired. Immediately. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS INDENTOGO OR ELSE YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH PURE INCOMPETENCE AND STUPIDITY.

His answer was five dollars for the notary and $10 for I don't even know what but he says it was up to his discretion. So what that meant to me is he just made up any price which I think is pretty high for one page to be notarized. So if you want spend a surprising amount of money for one page you go see him if not, find someone else.

It's been about 3 years and Robertson now has our families auto and home policies. "J" has been a patient and knowledgeable advisor about adjusting coverages to fit our families needs and is very prompt in returning my calls/emails and answering my questions. The rub against getting a policy with Erie is that if you have a claim or a potential claim their customer service/claims staff are surprisingly atrocious but at the very least Robertson sells policies from other companies as well although most of the other companies I had never heard of.
