I've been using Bill Koscinski Jr for at least 12 years. And yesterday 10-10-22, I followed up on an E-mail I sent on Friday asking for a response from him BEFORE completing my taxes so as to be sure there was nothing I forgot or something that could have legally benefited me with my tax burden. I received a call yesterday that my taxes were completed come pick them up. When I questioned the E-mail I sent, I was told they are closed on Fridays, which I new, and I said didn't you check E-mails today? I was told they are very busy, would I want her to ask, I said yes. Then Bill got on the phone asking what do I want, I mentioned the e-mail and he went off on a complaining and yelling spree where I could not even speak. He said " What the hell do you want ,you only owe a couple thousand dollars,( which I have no way of knowing without the results ). "I did respond to your E-mail,". Yes, he sent me a message AS WE WERE SPEAKING ON THE PHONE!. "Ya come at the last minute when you had all year to do this, ya know what, come get your stuff and get the Hell out of here !". I commented about this being unprofessional and he said, " Don't give me that crap get your stuff and find another accountant !". Millions of business people file for an extension, Some times I do, sometimes I don't. Either way it's the norm. The last year or so Bill has been difficult to work with, his office even gave my secretary a hard time with deduction questions she had as a new employee, and then charging me extra saying she was unreasonable! I see most of the comments here are from years ago, maybe it was different then but those reviews are not accurate as far as what I've been witnessing. Take these comments as you wish, I have no reason to make this up. I would be thankful for someone like me if I was considering using a " Professional" and knew this before I got involved. Having Bill to do my taxes turns the dreaded chore into a pleasant and simple experience! Not only have I always received my returns in a timely manner, but he is such a pleasure to do buisness with. Everything is exceptionally well done, with easy to follow instructions (plus they walk me through all the signatures & e-file!) and my copies are effortless to review. As a young person who is relatively new to doing my own taxes they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient in walking me through what and how to submit everything to them. Although I was happy with my previous accountant, I thought I would give Bill a try (after hearing good things) -- and I am very glad that I made the switch. First, Bill's price is more reasonable than my previous accountant and he is more timely in his delivery. Since I started using Bill, I've been receiving larger refunds. Bill relates well to younger clients and explains things in understandable terms. He seems to just have a natural instinct for numbers and tax laws.
