She was always available, helpful, supportive and professional. I felt like I was talking to a friend. That was our home policy. Shortly after that was completed I had a minor accident with my brand new car. She made the claim for me and made me feel so at ease. It was fast! I received a call less than an hour later from my claims person, and my car was evaluated in less than a week for an estimate. This is how insurance should be ran. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Kristin and Snyder insurance for everything!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this office! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!…read moreVery rude unprofessional staff! It took them 4 months to fix an auto registration and then handed me a registration that expires in 3 months. Truly unbelievable! Ignorant employees blaming Penn Dot for their inefficiencies. Paul, I have used your services in the past and NEVER encountered issues like I have just experienced. Your employee actually had the audacity to tell me "Penn Dot is messing with you." As inadequate as some government entities can be; I have never known any of them to change the rules/laws from one person to the next! Truly as unprofessional as it gets!

When I was thinking about changing insurance companies I contacted the Horwath Insurance agency,…read moreand spoke with Greg. He was easy to talk to, very flexible with my busy schedule, and I felt no pressure throughout the entire process. The day I met with Greg, I brought along my current home and car insurance policies. Greg took the time to explain what each item was, gave me examples, and was patient with my inexperienced questions. As it turns out I was underinsured for my car insurance and was able to pay the same amount with erie for a policy that covered me 12x the amount my old company was offering. For the same items of my home insurance I also saved about $200 switching to erie. The Saturday I hit a dear on 476 and totalled my truck, I called Greg and by the time the tow truck dropped me off at my house my claim had been started, and Greg told me where I could pick up my rental car. Any questions I've had were answered by Greg or anyone else in the office quickly and prefessionally. I am grateful to have found this company and recommend them to all of my family and friends. Great customer service, superior products, and affordable pricing.

My husband spoke with Yong several months ago about switching insurance companies. She was very…read morehelpful and wonderful to work with. She said to come back when it was due and she would go over everything and see what she could do. He returned about 2 weeks ago with the policy info that came and she was not there. He left it with a gentleman who said he would go over it and give him a call. My husband returned about week later since he had not heard from him. He waited awhile as the man was on the phone speaking Spanish with someone. When he got off the phone he said he could not find the paperwork but gave a high quote with no explanation of what it covered. My husband told him to find the paperwork and he would return for it. Several days later he stopped in for the paperwork. The man told him the cleaning lady probably threw them away. What kind of business keeps personal information out for everyone to see and the cleaning staff goes threw it and throws it away? This agent thought nothing of this no apology, just didn't care.
