I've rented quite a few cars over the years from pretty much all of the car rental agencies. On a recent road trip to L.A., I reserved a car at this Enterprise location for the first time. The reason? So I wouldn't put a lot of miles on my car. I'm the type who's looking to rent the cheapest car available unless there's a small difference in price for an upgrade. Which means I often make reservations through third parties like Hotwire. Which I did on this occasion. Since I'm not reserving a particular car, sometimes I've been given unfortunate vehicles (like the Kia Soul) and sometimes I've been given nice ones. When I saw that this Enterprise location is a special one, in the sense that they have an exotic car collection, I was hopeful that I would receive something better than a hamster car. Luckily, I did. I received a nice hybrid Toyota Camry. Throughout the duration of my trip, I didn't run into any issues. It was comfortable and had good gas mileage. Pretty much everything you hope for in a rental. The pick up and return processes were smooth. My only real complains is that my rental only had a little over half a gas tank upon pickup. I always appreciate it when my rental has a full tank so I can hit the road and not have to stop for gas anytime soon. Plus, when you pick up a car with a full tank, it's easy to return it with a full tank. It's not as easy to pick up a car with a half tank and return it with a half tank as this is a lot harder to sort out. Which means the agency usually gets some free gas out of you. Outside of this one hiccup, I loved my experience and will rent from here again. Especially because the location isn't far from my place.

I have rented so many cars from Hertz, here and internationally, that they up and gave me Platinum Status. It took 25+ years and tens upon tens of thousands off dollars , but its an awesome perk. I say all this not as a boast, but to add weight to my actual review of this location. In my experience, the customer service at this location is THE BEST I have EVER experienced in renting a vehicle. Hands down, THE BEST. The team here is professional and kind and anybody who has anything bad to say must have been in a bad mood when they got there.

I can't even begin to imagine how unfortunate it would be if someone had an accident or needed emergency service while renting a car and couldn't get ahold of the company. After 3 hours we decided to go to the location to see if she could get her reservation. The man working at the location was visibly annoyed and frustrated with dealing with any customers. When we got our chance to speak with him he prefaced the conversation by stating that they prefer customers to not be present in the waiting area while they are working on fulfilling rental requests because they don't like dealing with customers facial expressions and scoffs when their expectations aren't met. We canceled the reservation and went with a company who doesn't treat you as an inconvenience.

"Stuff Happens' and they figure it out. And seriously, we usually end up laughing about it later. The other 99% of the time, everything goes smoothly.
