It's a family-run business, and the owner showed up in his truck with his son, on one of his off days, just to make sure I had heat. Over the years, they have expertly fixed my 30-year-old heating system multiple times. They never pressure me to install new appliances, and they don't use shady sales tactics like some other HVAC companies in Bend. Their honesty and dedication to the customer are the best I've seen. Don't bother with any other company, go with Heat Cool.
