On top of being the rudest people I've ever spoken to, I ended up telling them I was recording the call on my end because it was the most bizarre interaction I've ever had. The collision center gave me the number to enterprise so I called to scheduled a time to get picked at the collision center after dropping off my damaged car. I have done this before several times at other locations and they were not ever close to my pick up time so I didn't expect much and to my amazement right at 11am enterprise was looking for me, RIGHT ON. The process was very smooth and easy and I was on my way in about 15 minutes and they were super nice and I got an email and a phone call to make sure everything was to high standards and that I was completely satisfied with my experience, I was. I asked for the cheapest car because I just needed to get to work and home and I was given an upgrade to a slightly better tin can but when I rented the car they gave me another up grade to a decent Nissan Altima to my surprise at no extra charge. This part is very important, if you have a visa credit card and rent the car with that card the whole cash value of the car is covered if you decline enterprise coverage at an extra charge. The car is covered up to complete cash value of the car for any damage or theft of the vehicle so you don't have to use your insurance and risk a rate Increase if the car is damaged, destroyed or stolen BUT you still need your insurance if your injure someone or damage a vehicle in an accident. The bottom line is that this location has been the best rental car experience that I have ever had and the personal after call was very cool.

I called the customer service to make an appointment, they have special number for Uber rentals but when you call it you have to pray if you get an Uber rep. Even though it's the same company the Uber rep from India/Mexico can only help you lol. So after 3 calls I finally got an Uber rep from India / Mexico I began to make my reservation. Omg there are freaking clueless it took me 30 minutes to make one reservation. (Tuesday) So the nex day I went in for my appointment, and met the GATE KEEPER /AKA MS UNPROFESSIONAL NYSSA behind the counter she was truly something very special to deal with lol. She tries to come off very professional but I see right through the bullshit. I know I was going to have an problem with her when I gave here my license , credit card and she sprayed it twice with Lysol spray in front of me wow. I tried to rent the car but could do to some errors the goofy balls from INDIA/MEXICO did so I had to come back next day. (Wednesday) So the next day I proceed up to Avis with the right documents, but before I have to deal with GATE KEEPER/AKA MS UNPROFESSIONAL NYSSA I had to stop by Starbucks and get some calm tea lol. I got to avis same old shit spraying my license ID amongst other crazy stuff smh. So I rented a white 2018 Volkswagen Jetta, so we went over the inspection it was okay had a couple digs but nothing to bad. So got in the car drove off about 20 mins later I notice an crack on the window that wasnt there when the inspection was done. So I called GATE KEEPER/AKA MS UNPROFESSIONAL NYSSA to let here know, she ok cool I will send you email link take pics and I will check it out, I never got the email. So I gave her the benefit of doubt it was kind of late so I said I know she's going to send mean emai in the morning. Next morning came, noon, mid day no email, plus I called her a couple times as well as another email. (Thursday) So the next day decided to go down there, to show here the damage of the window, to GATE KEEPER/AKA MS UNPROFESSIONAL NYSSA. She looked at car, and said let me get the pics that we took, and previous pics from the last owner. she went got the pictures and try to compare them to the car but when I asked to see them she would not let me see the pictures, she said I will email it to you Suspect. so I said okay play her little game I waited on pictures oh my god the email finally came, the pictures were no help at all so I decided to do my own little research and take the car to a professional who fix crack windows. The first thing they told me which I already knew was that crack has been there before because it was filled again but done the wrong way. so I took my information and decided to email her again. (Friday) Once again no response so I decided to take it over her head and go to Avis corporate. Sometimes it is best to do things like that especially when your getting nowhere with the person you dealing with. I talked to a couple managers providing what all my proof evidence, and they said they would take care of it was simple as that. Problems were gone and when I went back to return the car after my rental agreement was up. On the day of return GATE KEEPER/AKA MS UNPROFESSIONAL NYSSA was the same way with a little more attitude/ sarcasm but trying so hard to be professional I just laughed. PS: A lot of times it's not the company its the people who they hire, that work for the company who are the problem. Do I recommend the Uber Avis program yes. The only reason I'm giving it three stars because Avis customer service save the day.
