My rental trick was to reserve the cheapest car weeks out before because odds are and past history the car won't be available because car rental companies are w#ores and sell out the cars to the first person regardless of your reservation and they have to give you some car and usually a better car. I reserved for an economical Nissan Sentra or equivalent weeks before and low and behold when the day came no economy car was available so I would have to take a Buick SUV out a new 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid for the economy car price. Yep the Camry hybrid would work at max of 485 mile's range with my last fill up. Construction traffic made me 20 minutes late dropping the car off and into an extra day change and they were so cool to back time the drop off time and not charge me the extra day change, fu#king awesome when everyone bleeds you dry for every penny. Overall my experience was outstanding and the customer service was top notch, this will be my preferred car rental company in the future because the customer satisfaction is top priority.

I was involved in a classic Milwaukee hit and run which is so common place now that I needed to…read moretake my damaged car to the collision center to get repairs but I needed a car to get around. The collision center gave me the number to enterprise so I called to scheduled a time to get picked at the collision center after dropping off my damaged car. I have done this before several times at other locations and they were not ever close to my pick up time so I didn't expect much and to my amazement right at 11am enterprise was looking for me, RIGHT ON. The process was very smooth and easy and I was on my way in about 15 minutes and they were super nice and I got an email and a phone call to make sure everything was to high standards and that I was completely satisfied with my experience, I was. I asked for the cheapest car because I just needed to get to work and home and I was given an upgrade to a slightly better tin can but when I rented the car they gave me another up grade to a decent Nissan Altima to my surprise at no extra charge. This part is very important, if you have a visa credit card and rent the car with that card the whole cash value of the car is covered if you decline enterprise coverage at an extra charge. The car is covered up to complete cash value of the car for any damage or theft of the vehicle so you don't have to use your insurance and risk a rate Increase if the car is damaged, destroyed or stolen BUT you still need your insurance if your injure someone or damage a vehicle in an accident. The bottom line is that this location has been the best rental car experience that I have ever had and the personal after call was very cool.
