I was looking for a place near base where I could (sadly) get my car washed again. I pulled in here because it showed up on my Yelp search. That's when I ran into the owner, Marcos. This dude was an American badass on every level! Not only did he immediately assess the damage (see "pancake batter", above), but he grabbed gentle cleaning gear and cleaned up the mess himself. HE DIDN'T REWASH MY CAR: HE JUST CLEANED THAT MESS. I loved that he could tell I'd just washed it, and that he didn't push another wash on me (which he totally could have). As he's cleaning it up, he compliments me on my car and offers advice on how to take care of its finish and paint job. The surgical work he did blended right into the rest of the clean car. Couldn't see a single line. And it's done QUICK. Then, he wouldn't take money for the clean-up! (Did I mention I DID NOT get my car washed here the first time?) You don't meet a lot of owners like this anymore. I'd definitely recommend this place to my folks. * And yes, I think the seagull was ok, even after the "Colon Blow" episode.

I came out to meet them at the predetermined time and they asked if they could work longer, which worked for me. They did a great job! This is the third time and business with which I've arranged a detail. One of the things I liked better about G&L's detail is that they did not leave shiny oily perfumed residues on the dash and other surfaces like the other two brick-and-mortar detailers with whom I've done business: the car was just good and clean without other frills. All for the best price I've paid yet. I plan to schedule another full detail with G&L for another car soon--the first detailers I'm going back to!

The Last Detail not only did the remediation quickly but so perfectly that no one could ever determine which side of the car was repaired and painted.
