On that topic, they were unable to give a me drop-off ride home, BUT... they did deduct the cost of my Uber ride from the bill. Kudos on that. I'd use this office again if needed.

Happy to change my location for pick-up. Their customer service staff at the national office hung up on me three times before I finally talked with an inventory agent. The night before I was to pick up the car (right as they opened at 7:30 am), I read all of these horrible reviews and I was super nervous. I showed up at the location 5 mins before opening and was really nervous because it didn't seem like anyone was inside to open. But right at 7:30, someone opened the door. My rental was processed and I was on my way a little after 8 because they had to finish cleaning the car. Returning the car was a breeze, I had a receipt emailed in 30 mins. NOTE: As other reviews have mentioned, this location is dirty as can be. I don't think anything has been cleaned in years. While sitting down waiting for my car to come around, I saw a bunch of trash underneath the front counter covered in dust. The walls are scuffed all over the place and in general it just has a vibe of being not taken care of. Frankly, I don't care as long as I get my car. Seems like most problems are because this location mostly deals with insurance rentals. This is 4 stars because I expected soooo much less based on the reviews. But it's convenient, I didn't have any issues as a casual rental, and my car was great.
