HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!! we placed an order for 300 business cards / business contracts & business folders that i am yet to receive, not only were they poorly done with an uncentered design they made the process very difficult constantly lying about dates of production, then later telling me it has been shipped out when i never provided them with any info for drop off. lost over 300$ & over a week of my time, till this day i try & get into contact with them & no return. I am a former customer and have been trying to get a hold of them for over 48 hours and nothing. I have called over 20 times and written 4 emails and NOTHING. All I need is my final proof to print business cards and they won't cooperate at all. I am highly disappointed in their customer service. They have definitely lost a customer! the order that I placed was not delivered since Mike told me that can't be done and money will be refund. This never happened, I called him giving the new account so he can refund the money, he said that credit card charge a fee so he will do it through Zelle, never happened. After so many attempts no one answering my calls, I tried calling from a different number, he answered and told me that was refunded to the card the we used to pay. he refused to give me proof of the refund. at this point I'm reporting now to the BBB and taking legal actions. The business cards came out perfect when I sent it to them they sized properly for me and let me know that I should change the color of the back a little bit and they were definitely correct at that advice! When I received the invoice I didn't pay attention at the description of the paper since I already sent the email with approval in Gloss paper, and, also I Trust you. absolutely the worst customer care person I have encountered. Still trying to get a refund after two weeks no call no email. I've done business with them over the last 2 1/2 years everything has been fine. I believe this is a good company with just a bad seed. Hopefully they'll make some changes read more

I placed an order for business cards with them on Friday and was told that they would be ready by Saturday. I was excited and very satisfied. HOWEVER, Saturday came and went. I called them to touch base and see if I could pick them up on Monday and I was told no problem and they would be there that evening. Monday came and went and still no business cards. I followed up Tuesday and I was told that they left the warehouse and they would be arriving today. I spoke with them and asked for an estimation and was told that I might get them Wednesday. I am doing field work and I need the business cards for this and it is now affecting my business. I word of advice, Give only what you can deliver if not the customer will be unhappy.......... This is my bad experience......When I get my business cards sometime this week.....They will no longer get any more of my business. read more

I ordered 1000 business cards on a Wednesday at around noon, was told friday, then Friday was told maybe saturday, they said they had a delivery guy who drops off things locally , so I said ok just deliver it, they said ok, Saturday I asked around 6pm if i should expect him soon, they said they sent it ups on Friday which makes no sense at all, but I was like ok, so Tuesday, 6 days later I ask if everything is ok , the guy tells me that the cards were made an hour ago and they will send it tonite (Tuesday) , well I call at like 8pm, and I'm told the guy forgot my order, Wednesday I call and I got hung up on twice, 1 week later and 6 hours, i get a knock at my door like the police and it was an angry looking dude. So do you think I got good service ? Lol wow shocked, i needed those cards on the weekend and yeah wow had to yelp this 1 for sure! read more

Geno Greenwald is a disgrace to business owners everywhere. Do not make a payment to them unless you are comfortable loosing your money and never getting a refund. I literally had to sneak up on him at the little Biscayne office in Miami to get my money back from him. They will lie to you and say that you can get a reprint if they mess up your your work or if anything goes wrong, but a reprint will never be made and they will lie to you consecutively that they are working on it ! It took exactly a MONTH for me to resolve by sneaking up on him at his tiny office which is always only him there if he's there at all just to get my money back in person, which he still didn't want to give me until I cornered him on all his lies about how he had someone send it and all that. Please if you have any respect for yourself and you business don't go to Geno's Budget Print Group. It's not worth it ! read more

This is the worst service ever. I worked with them for a year and I don't know if the owner has changed or what but all I know they made me come to the store to select the frames for my printings and after a month of going back and forth ( because they told me the frame was discontinued and make me pick a new frame 2 times ). I was told the work was going to be ready Thursday. I come with my family to pick it up on Sunday and they tell me they are not able to do it. What would they make me come 2 times to the store and pick a Frame and waist my time? I don't understand . No phone call to let me know. nothing. They made us waste our time. Very Poor service and turn around time. We ordered 500 business cards several months ago and never received them . All we get is excuse after excuse after excuse... It's hard to understand because it was only 500 cards. That said, the work quality is decent but it's not worth all the aggravation - especially when there's so many other places with same quality and better service. read more
