I figured I'd have to get bolt cutters to get the bike free from the hitch. My husband thought we should call a locksmith. We called a few locksmiths - they said they were unavailable and would most likely have to cut the lock off. They referred us to Allred. He was so helpful!! He looked at the lock in question and thought he could pick it instead of cutting the cable. It took him 5 minutes to pick the lock. Now we have a functional bike rack and lock. Thank you so much!!!

He charged $50. to come out and $15. each to rekey my bill came out to $157.00 I paid him. Then found out one of the locks would not work so called him and he came out 1 week later. I check my bill and he over charged me so I told him he said he would send me a check it's been over a month and I have reminded him three times each time he said he would send a check he has never sent a check. So please watch out for this locksmith ( Kevin) he is not very trustworthy and lies his name is Kevin at inside out lock& key. I have text that says he will send me a check for what he overcharged but never did so please be careful with this locksmith I will never use this locksmith again.
