We have to rely on a rental for awhile, and I ended up locking the keys in the running car at 6am on a Saturday morning! I looked up car locksmiths and texted their number while waiting for the car rental company to send someone out at our expense. John responded very quickly, realized my situation, and unlocked the door in record time while giving me a fantastic rate out of the kindness of his heart! I noticed they had an overall 5 star review. lWell, here's one more. Valerie and James were amazing to work with, and after explaining my issues, they promptly came out by appointment, assessed my problems, removed my two blinds, and took them back to their shop. The very next day, James was back with the newly strung blinds, and new valence clips, and installed them. I'm truly amazed at their attention to detail and completion in such a short time. Well done, Lucas Drapery - you are an anomaly!

They also replaced some of my vinyl siding and metal trim, it was very hard to find someone who was proficient and willing to do so but Aaron pulled through. He communicates well, shows up on time, goes over every piece of work they've done with you to make sure you're happy with everything; if you aren't he will make sure you are. I also asked him to let me know if he saw any other things that might need work, he saw a few things, explained what was going on and what the options would be. He did not try to up-sell me whatsoever or try and convince me to do them with any type of pressure. After getting quotes from 4 people, he wasn't the highest, he also wasn't the cheapest (a good thing IMO) but he was one of the few insured companies, knew what he was talking about, and got the job done on time. I'll definitely be having him out to install some new doors come springtime.
