He communicates well, shows up on time, goes over every piece of work they've done with you to make sure you're happy with everything; if you aren't he will make sure you are. I also asked him to let me know if he saw any other things that might need work, he saw a few things, explained what was going on and what the options would be. He did not try to up-sell me whatsoever or try and convince me to do them with any type of pressure. After getting quotes from 4 people, he wasn't the highest, he also wasn't the cheapest (a good thing IMO) but he was one of the few insured companies, knew what he was talking about, and got the job done on time. Mid-morning I called him and he claimed to not know who I was. When I made further calls, he did not pick up. I had to break camp and tow my RV to the reputable dealer who installed the unit in a timely manner at a reasonable price.
