They actually care and go out of their way to do things the way you want. With great ideas and insights too when you're uncertain which choice to make. I met the Coker's last spring and since day 1 have had an amazing (shockingly low stress) experience. I had recently built another custom home and the difference in this build has been incredible. They're so well organized, extremely responsive and extraordinarily helpful. I'm an engineer in the construction industry for 20 years. I'm very specific about how I want things and they went above and beyond to accomodate my requests. Their product is very high quality in both the materials they use and craftsmanship. The subs they work with are all best in class and it shows. They finished on time and on budget!! Thank you for my new home! It has been a joyful experience. Best home I've ever lived in hands down! Amazing!! My dog is learning to love her custom dog wash as much as I do!

We continue to wait for a remedy nearly 1 year after they broke ground. They left us homeless in retirement, would have rated zero if we could. Buyers beware
