    The emergency after-hours number listed for this company doesn't work. We came home to a house that…read morewas full of natural gas and had to call Xcel to rush over to turn everything off. We called Comfort Air first, three times and left messages on their emergency number. We finally heard back 6 hours later and the installer said that he couldn't do anything about the leaks because he didn't have the parts to fix it. Xcel found two leaks that were created from the day before when our new $4,000 furnace was installed. The technician from Xcel showed us where he could put his hand down and feel the gas rushing out. The other leak wasn't as significant, but was still needing to be repaired. Luckily our pets weren't dead from being exposed to natural gas for two days and our house didn't blow up. We could lost everything including our lives. Very disappointed that the furnace wasn't inspected for any leaks after they installed it. They didn't do a soap and water test, otherwise they would've found the leaks immediately. The NEXT day we get a call and someone said "I hear you think you have a leak?" Actually, we DID have a leak and Xcel had to come out and shut it all off and label our house as a hazard zone. The way they communicated was not welcome after we could have lost everything. Extremely upsetting and disappointing. They sent two guys out to fix it the next day and they apologized. I am disappointed that their emergency number, which should be for emergencies like this, didn't get through to anyone for several hours and when it did... they said they probably didn't have what they'd need to fix the problem till the next day. We're grateful that our furnace is installed and working, but very disappointed in the company because of the oversight that could have been carltastrophic to our lives and home.

    BEWARE This company is an absolute joke! Their work, if you can call it that, is full of amateur…read moremistakes ex: incorrect installation, the wiring was faulty (like idiot faulty) and they didn't even turn on the unit before they left to see if it worked! I mean come on, who doesn't turn it on to test it. Someone who just doesn't give a sh$@! WORST of all is their customer service, which I promise you will leave you frustrated and in a "uncomfortable zone" which is in this case a 95 degree home. They literally blocked my number so they didn't have to come up with more excuses. What kind of company treats costumers like that? One that won't be around for long!
