The bay never fogged up before he worked on it. We had a communication problem with another window. My husband replaced the glass , then we paid him twice to replace the window. I had to pay him another $425 above his bid for glass I had just replaced. I let that one go , but we never got an apology , let alone the bay window fixed. I had planned on using him for the interior , but I don't care for how he does business. A bid is a bid . I shouldn't be paying more , but the tipping point is when he broke my window , refused to fix it or get a bid. use with caution. I don't think it's a language issue. He seems to think he can just keeping asking for money and breaking things and that is somehow on the homeowner. The front door was not done as bid and that is still not fixed Either.
