They took the time to call me the day before to confirm my rental and answer any questions I may have. When I showed up to pick up my rental I was greeted with smiles and got to meet my customer service agent Teron John. He took the time to go over my booking and all the paperwork. When he was showing the exterior and interior of my rental he also explained to me how damage works. When we finished that he went through all the options on the car. When I brought the vehicle back Teron asked how my trip was and asked how the car worked for me. When Teron was finishing my return paperwork he offered me a ride home instead of calling for a taxi. That my friends shows a good organized company and perfect customer service.

As an Enterprise premier member this location is doing it's best to race to the bottom…read more 1. I had a last minute vehicle issue and did up a rental on the enterprise site, no issues at all. 2. Got an email on a Sunday and call on same day telling me not to bother showing up as they had no rentals due to my LAST MINUTE rental, priority was given to those who booked a day or two prior. Now don't get me wrong, they booked a day or two ahead HOWEVER my vesicle did not take that into consideration when it broke down and I actually thought membership did have it's privileges but color me mistaken. I've now had 2 rentals where I've shown up and they did not have the vehicle I chose 1 week prior, tried to give me a compact car when I drive up north and that would not cut it. They are tailoring their program to work with insurance companies who cover a month rental vs. a few days that I rent oh 9-11x per year. Then the tone of the person calling was...well less than cool and they actually said due to my booking last minute WTF tell that to my truck, damn shame. This location and Enterprise as a whole is tanking quickly. I'll give Hertz in West Edmonton my business, out of the way yes, but they go out of their way to accommodate. Anyone looking to try a better alternative, give Hertz a call.

I have an older car and I'm hesitant to take it anywhere past the EIA…read more This is why I love renting cars for road trips. No worries about taking the car for a long drive and who doesn't love new car smell??? I was able to find a standard sized car at Budget for $26. I don't know about you, but that's pretty cheap to pay for a car with unlimited miles. Now the problem with rental cars is they usually close the same time regular business offices close: around the 17:00 to 18:00 time range. Luckily Budget was very accommodating and had a driver pick me up from my house (it has to be close in vicinity and also availability of the driver) and drop me off at the rental office. I don't have to call in any favors to be dropped off (what am I, in high school?) nor do I need a cab (what am I, 21 and going to the club?). Spoke with the driver and gave me some tips on some of their fleet cars. I had a specific request to have iPod connectivity and was recommended to request either the Nissan Altima (hooray for import cars) or a Chevy Malibu. The front desk employee was handling another client who had some complications with logistics of their rental and although I tried not to eavesdrop, I could see the employee was going head and above waters to ensure this client's experience was a positive one. Her enthusiasm also passed on to me as she gave me tips about rock chips (don't repair it yourself, just bring it in since you're already paying $25 to get an estimate of that rock chip) and helped me select a car based on her experiences working there as well as music options. They left me with a very good impression as people who just want to make your life more comfortable. Would return here most definitely.

When I knocked on the door a lady came and said very rudely, we are closed, I said my son just fell can we at least come in and warm up. She was still short and rude and when I asked about an airport shuttle she told me we needed to walk to the hotel, which was two hotels over, in the cold with all our luggage to catch a shuttle. I asked if I could call for the shuttle to come get us and even after my son falling, the temp outside and I was clearly not happy she said, we aren't supposed to, still with the same rude tone. While this was happening another employee came in, a man, didn't offer any help to us at all and proceeded to start the car we had just returned to check it back in. No offer of a ride or help with luggage or anything. When picking up my rental no one mentioned to me that they would not be open at 9 am and that the shuttle would be at a nearby hotel, had they mentioned this I would have allowed time for this and would have been prepared. But instead this was all a surprise and staff was rude and unhelpful.
