My 75-year-old mother and sister ordered a dumpster from the Cincinnati office. It was to be delivered today. My sister called the office repeatedly to inform Budget Dumpster that there were roofers working on the house and to call when deliverer was on his way. My sister never received a call back. The delivery man pulled up to the house and asked the first roofer he saw, if he needed a dumpster. The laborer said no, and the delivery man took off without verifying with my mom, nor my sister. Budget Dumpster charged my mom $150 for a cancelled delivery. Budget Delivery says it was mom's responsibility to inform every laborer that the delivery man might encounter about her plans. Budget Dumpster believes this is more reasonable than calling the person who ordered the dumpster. read more

This is the most incompetent business I have ever used! I was trying to get a dumpster delivered on behalf of a friend who was coming into town to clean out her father's home upon his death. It took four attempts to get the delivery address and contact info correct. The company ultimately did not deliver the dumpster on the date promised. Then to make matters worse, they delivered a second dumpster (which was not ordered) to my address on a Friday afternoon and blocked my driveway the entire weekend. Their employees, including the management team, do not attempt to provide any level of customer service to remedy their mistakes. They deflect complaints, offer excuses and provide no help. Refunds or credits are miniscule for the amount of frustration incurred. NEVER, EVER use this firm!! read more

I was very happy with the service I received from Budget Dumpster this past month. My sister and I had to coordinate a house liquidation remotely and I was surprised at how easy everything fell into place. I would never recommend utilizing this company. Horrible customer service. We rented a dumpster and then had an unforeseen water main break on our street closing access to thru traffic and they refused pick up, charged a fee for inability to pick up and then also late fees for each additional day. Management was dismissive and inconsiderate. I was passed along to multiple staff on the phone before a rude gentleman (suppposedly management) spoke ill of my spouse and refused to offer any assistance. Find services elsewhere. I hired Budget Dumpster on short notice, but a dumpster was delivered in a timely fashion and there were no issues. Same with the pick up. Customer service was excellent and all of my questions were answered. I recommend them! read more

Buyer beware. Terrible customer service and no way to prove our side. We rented a 10 yard dumpster and we were charged over $200 more due to overages for a dumpster that wasn't even full. The heaviest things we had in there were 2 toilets. We also had rain and the rain did not drain out since it collected in the front of the dumpster. We waited for a couple of days after the rain to add things to the dumpster, so they wouldn't soak up weight. We were running short of time and when it was evident the rain water was not going to drain, so we went ahead and added our household items we wanted to dispose of into the dumpster. I was shocked when I just received an additional invoice and it actually is charging us for 4 tons of refuse! There is no way we had 4 tons of items! I called in and the customer service person was no help. She just recited what the receipt says. It is my word against hers. I will never use this company again. My husband said they were towing another large dumpster behind when they picked ours uo, so I can only imagine there was an error that their customer service chose not to want to hear about. ADDITION TO ORIGINAL: I am now being charged for a loves seat which I expected (the only excess that I expected) and a mattress which really isn't a matress but a cushion for a cot. There were no inner springs and it was super thin. I wouldn't even mind so much, but now my $350 dumpster is almost twice that amount. Wow! Final addendum: Since this seems to be the only way to communicate with this company, I will respond one last time. I want to be clear that I have no problem taking repaonsibility for my the extra charges or the matress. What I am questioning is that I am being charged for 4 tons of garbage wich seems extreme. 4 tons is the equivalent of more that 2 mid sized cars!! We had a 10 yard dumpster (10'×8'×3.5'). The heaviest things were the toilets and the loveseat. I know this because I carried everything myself without help except the loveseat. The dumpster wasn't full....and no, I am not blaming the water weight. I have more common sense than to think that water would add that much weight.. What I think happened was a mix up at station because as I stated before, there was a larger dumpster than ours with the tarp already attached being towed by the truck that picked our dumpster up. I can't help but think that there may have been a mix up with the weight of the two dumpsters, but since you would rather be defensive and accuse your customers of lying instead of taking reposibility and working as a team with your customers, we will never know. Rented from them twice, first time they stole a brand new tarp, would not reimburse, the second time they were 5 days late!! On top of that, it had exactly the same materials in it as the first time, same size container, and I was charged an additional $400 on my credit card a month later with no notice. I've gotten 4 of the 30 yard dumpsters delivered to my house over the past year. I could not find a better price than Budget Dumpster, though I wish they offered a price break to repeat customers (they offered $5, woohoo). A word of warning, be available the day the dumpster is picked up and dropped off. The third dumpster I had delivered was initially a 40 yard, just 2 feet taller than the 30 yard, and it would not fit under the power lines coming from the road to the house. I was not available to lift the power lines with a stick (their suggestion) so I was charged a fee of like $130 because they couldn't deliver the dumpster. When they brought back a 30 yard, the driver had issues, even though that size fit no problem in the past, because he was inexperienced. read more

Budget Dumpster picked up our dumpster at 5am on the day it was due!!!!! (even though they CONFIRMED a 9am pick-up time the previous day). The driver said he needed to pick it up so early b/c Budget Dumpster overbooked dumpsters and did not have enough to go out that day. He woke up half my neighborhood, the driver was very rude and was completely unapologetic. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Think twice before using them (unless you're a 5am riser). read more

This by far is the worst company I have encountered, I own a roofing company and have worked with many dumpster companies and contractors. We ordered a 30 yard dumpster , and specified that we needed it before 12 pm for Monday.We made payment before it was delivered . We have had the worst experience and called on Monday starting at 8 A.M and the customer service was very rude , and they stated they didn't know what time the dumpster will get there. We called every hour on the dot wanted to the status of the dumpster as well. They didn't though up till 1:30 P.M , and still didn't have an answer , while we got an apartment complex open, with inspectors, supervisors , residents and our roofers waiting. Then we said after hours after waiting we need to cancel and get an dumpster company, and they wanted to charge us $150.00. Worst company and pisses me off that a company that is so bad is still in business. They need to get out of business now !!!!!! read more
