If I could put no stars I would. This is the WORST company I have ever condcuted business with in my life. We had specific instructions on where to place the dumpster and the delivery driver who delivered the dumpster took it upon himself to place the dumpster in the yard and damage the yard versus the driveway as requested. The company was immdiately contacted to remedy this situation, and we have contacted them several times regarding this to be rectified and we are being given the run around. I am trying to sell my house, and this damage to the yard is now going to incur us additional fees for landscaping becuase of this damaged the yard in multiple places, and the representatives keep indicating someone will contact us in reference to getting this rectified, but it has been over a month and nothing has been resolved. I have had feedback from showings indicating the yard had too much work due to this issue. I am left now with the option to call my insurance company and file a claim against this organization for failing to do what they promised to do, and that is fix my yard. 05/03/16 - David, actually your responsive is not reflective of the situation. You so graciously took the time to respond to a yelp review NOT realizing we took the appropriate steps by contacting said third party and you all "middle men" several times. In over 4 months no one has taken the time to resolve this issue. This is unacceptable and the fact you came on Yelp instead of trying to resolve the issue furthermore illustrates the type of people and organization we have been dealing with from the get go. Clearly you have no respect for your customers, their property or delivery requests. We spoke to Norman from said third party last week and he advised he would be contacting us after discussing with you all. Do you think we heard back from him, of anyone at your organization? NO! We should not have to consistently call you all or the third party day in and day out to resolve a situation that we notified both of you all promptly the day it occurred. Do not rent from them. I paid $590 for a 40 yder. Filled it up with lightweight lasting, cloths, etc. No metal. Scappers took all f that. 6 weeks after pick up, and two days before Christmas they charged my c/c an additional $200 for 3.4 tons over the alloted 4 tons. No way the dumpster weighed that much. I would have had to make over 100 trips of over 100 lbs per trip, and that DID NOT happen. They always scheme up a way to charge you way more in the end. DO NOT USE THEM!!! read more

The goal is generally to support local / smaller companies to allow opportunity for growth for the little guy. Our loyalty cost us dearly in the eyes of our client. Responsiveness was on point UNTIL...I paid upfront for multiple containers and dumpster swaps. The second the card was processed, the rep has been out of the office. I missed three (3) days due to their lack of communication with their drivers. Day 1 lost due to 12 hour delivery window of 6am - 6pm which the driver delivered the dumpster on Monday at 6:10PM. Called for dumpster swap on Tues. Truck picked up full dumpster on Thurs. Driver stated "I'm going to dump it and come right back". We were without a dumpster until SUNDAY! A non work day! This company put us in position to lose money and time. And, this company charged higher rates than the company named on the side of the dumpster (who's customer service and dumpster delivery protocols are not much better). Unfortunately, I doubt if id patronize or suggest to anyone else to patronize this company. Sorry guys. We tried. Spending more on dumpsters, delayed services, lost days of work for the crews, incompetent and untrustworthy drivers, absent call center reps and 12 hour delivery windows will never fit into our program. read more

Just used this company the last week of November 2020. Other people may have had other experiences, but for me, they were great. I had absolutely no problems. They did not have the size I wanted, but they gave me a larger one for the same price. No torn up drive way. No mess. Delivery and pickup were as promised. Would highly recommend them. read more

The "document " provided had my address and name handwritten on it.. There is no way to validate if the dumpster was the one I used (no dumpster # that tracks from the time of order to disposal). Again, it was filled with grass. I don't believe it, and my complaint is consistent with others on the BBB site. I am not convinced nor satisfied.... Customers BEWARE! After contacting the company "directly" as requested, I'm still unsatisfied... Just know, they will bill your credit card providing no legitimate documentation. read more

The dumpster was scheduled for drop off on 09/23/2022 by the end of the business. Upon checking the property at 5 pm the dumpster was not there. When contacting customer service, they stated that some deliveries could take until until 6-7 p.m. depending on the area. I had to notify my vendor who scheduled this job on a weekend, that the dumpster may not be there. The vendor arrived to property at 6:30 am on Saturday 09/24/2022 and called to say that the dumpster was still not delivered. We did not receive confirmation that the dumpster had been delivered until the painter arrived on Sunday 09/25/2022. This means that the dumpster was delivered 2 days late. We contacted customer service everyday multiple times a day over this particular weekend to find out why this delivery was delayed and the only excuse the dumpster rental company customer service could provide was that their sub contracted delivery company was not responding to any correspondence attempts including dispatch department attempting to reach out to them. The pick-up of the dumpster had already been scheduled for Monday 09/26/2022 because the HOA only allowed for the dumpster to remain on the property for 3 days from Friday 09/23/2022. On Monday 09/26/2022 I of course I had to reschedule the pick-up for ok the next day 09/27/2022, Tuesday, after getting approval from the HOA for the extra day and confirming that the vendor could rearrange their schedule and complete the job in 1 day. On Monday 09/26/2022-I receive an email stating they had processed a $150 turn away fee for the cancellation of the dumpster pick-up on Monday 09/26/2022 since it was not in advance notice. How do you deliver a dumpster 2 days late & charge $150 turn away fee when you as the company and your sub contractors did not abide by the original agreement?!?! I have been on the phone with "customer service" since receiving the notice on the charge on Monday 09/26-still have not received a call back even though an "escalation" request has been submitted to the management team. Our office has called several times a day and never get to management. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! COMPLETE RIP OFF! read more

First the dumpster was delivered 30 days to earlier, called to get this corrected was told it was their error and the dumpster will be picked up. However, I had to make sure no trash was in it or ill get charged. Yes, I had to be responsible for their error. On the day of contract, no dumpster. Called, email, texted, was told it was thier error and they will schedule the dumpster. This is Saturday, dumpster just appeared on Monday. My 14 days stayed the same, as if I had received the dumpster on Saturday. Scheduled pick up on a Wednesday, they came Tuesday. Luckily I saw the guy loading it and stopped him. Called the company, again their error. Very bad with scheduling and make everything the customer's responsibility after they clearly states its their fault. I had to pay for a uhaul and extra 2 days, could not unload and move into my home, and all I received was sorry and acceptance that it was their fault. Not even an offer to extend the contract for the 2 days since I received the dumpster Monday not Saturday. Ill wait for over weight fees to be charged as that seems to be the next thing that they are good at doing. Never Again or recommending them. They are pleasant while making you responsible for thier mistakes. read more

Wow, should've read the reviews on here. Big mistake renting from this place. first off the rental period was 10 days, I explained that I needed it for at least 16 days with the work being done...the sales rep agreed. Cool!! Paid the 480$ for a 20yd...it's comparable to others locally. Guy dropped off on time and very professional. Get email 10 days in saying time to schedule pick up...I called immediately and explained situation...women on phone could care less...so I decided to keep it and pay the 15$ a day..75$ later....now they pick up no problems there. Two weeks later I get a bill which I was expecting....1.32 tons over...ok I'll pay I get it. They originally quoted me 60$ a ton over. Now I get bill it's 125$ a ton over..no scale house receipt? Just a generic bill? Im suppose to pay it because they said so without the scale house slip. I'm a trucker and you always get a slip....not cool and by the looks of the reviews I'm not alone...shame on you for preying upon people. I will never use budget dumpsters again. why use a third party company when you can rent directly and with better service..check out they're BBB rating/ reviews. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I've been using these guys for a year now. They haven't alway been the most responsive, but they were a few dollars cheaper than others. I called for a dumpster swap out and they never showed up. After 1 week I switched my request to a final pickup. Still no one came to take the full dumpster away. I called every other day and no one seem to know why the dumpster hadn't been picked up. After the second week I was enraged. I called everyday and still no one had an idea of why my full dumpster sat in my back yard. At the start of the 3rd week the story is the same. "We will call dispatch and call you back". This is outrageous. I feel as if they are keeping my yard hostage. I will file a small claims against them when this is all over. They are preventing me from finishing my project and costing me thousands of dollars. This is a shame. It should be criminal. Never again. When you read their contract they have all the line items and charges if you dont follow their rules. They don't have a line item for when they refuse to come pick up the full dumpster for 3 weeks. read more

Terrible experience. First they didn't show up on the day promised and didn't even call. We had taken a day off of work for the delivery. We ended up calling them late in the day and they brought the dumpster late the following day. When they showed up they damaged the lawn of the house across the street and the bushes of the house next door and said it would be our responsibility to fix it. And finally they didn't pick up the dumpster until 3 days after scheduled, which would not be an issue except that it rained heavily for those days causing the items in the dumpster to absorb water now they are billing US for an over weight limit fee!! Non-negotiable even spoke with a supervisor. Beware. Do not use this company. Very poor business practices and very poor customer service! read more

We use this company four times because the prices were good. The first time went well. The second time was a tragedy. They were several days late delivering our dumpster and we had employed workers to work the job so we lost money. The third time was even worse. I thought hey they did a great job maybe they had an off week so we tried again. They left a dumpster in front of my home for 10 days past the time they were supposed to pick it up. Inconveniencing me and my family. Fourth time we didn't know we were going to need another dumpster. But we did. They were two days late delivering the dumpster and I had to call them to find out what was going on. They then said it would be there a day later which it wasn't. They will send you emails to confirm drop off and pick up. If something happens they will send you a new agreement with the new dates I received four emails during this last job. They literally did nothing to make it right, no compensation not even eight I'm sorry for inconveniencing you. Unless you have time to lose or like being inconvenienced go elsewhere - money isn't everything! read more
