Seeing how she only took a course on property management for her job, it seems ironic that she judges people who have a higher educational background and more respectable position but make less money. They charge a non refundable application fee ($40! Just to apply) and they won't schedule you to see a property until they have their priority tenants look first, then once you do get an appointment to see a property they claim it's already been rented- even if you were the first to apply, bc if they don't consider you priority you are the last to show, and they won't allow renting anything sight unseen. Even if you have a respectable employment, they don't respect you unless they think you have a lot of money. Most of the properties they manage are "seasonal", meaning they kick out locals for summer to up-charge for tourists. They are greedy and a huge part of the disproportionate housing problem in whitefish. I would not give them another penny, regardless of their inventory. Home owners/investors should rent out themselves or quit buying homes they don't intend to live in and making the locals fit the bill for the mortgages on their "investment" properties, when there are normal people here year round just trying to live.

Two days prior to my arrival, I received a call at home in which the manager of the Hertz confirmed with me my reservation and told me that if the train was late they would leave my keys there for me and have me just sign the paperwork and trusted me to leave the paperwork in a box. As we got off the train, I expected there to be no one at the Hertz. But, to my surprise there was a person there waiting for me. As I walk to the counter he knew my name and said that they had been waiting for me to make sure that I received my vehicle. He filled me in on everything in the town and for my trip to Bozeman. Because usually I camp and I don't stay at a hotel/motel/bnb. However with that being said there's a full-on grocery store downstairs. There are cute cabins that I will in the future absolutely be renting. And I am staying in what they call the bluebird. It is a cute quaint little residence. It does not have a kitchenette however I intend on eating out while I'm here so I don't need a kitchenette. The bed is beautiful it's an old wooden type bed. It looks like it's from The Log Cabin era they're keeping it inform with the whole glacier National Park theme. Huge massive TV set in case you desire at the end of a day to kick back relax and watch them tv. It has a window that looks out into the forest area. And a cute little table set that actually has two stools in it and I like it so much I may buy something like that for my own residence. The accommodations are more than adequate. There's a futon couch in case you want to sleep four people in here. It comes with a bathtub and a shower and the air conditioning unit ductwork goes immediately to the outside so it's not one of those window units where you have to pull the window down and pin it in between and hope that the bugs don't come in it's not anything even close to that it literally goes to the outside and it's part of the wall. It's an upstairs unit which works fantastic for me. And it has a little patio area out front which I sit and have my coffee and watch the wildlife. The outside Courtyard area is super cute they really took a lot of time for attention and detail. Parking could not be any more convenient you're literally right in front of your own cabin. ADDITIONAL // They have Tesla charging stations here!! I believe they're the only one in Glacier that has this amenity. In addition, they have Tesla's that are brand spanking new and extremely clean inside that you can rent. How awesome is that!

I wish I could give ZERO (0) stars…read more I took a car in to get a timing belt, water pump, and radiator put in. When I got the car back, my battery was fried and the car wouldn't start. I took it back to Acme for them to dink around for 3 months and not find the issue. I then paid for towing myself to Kalispell Toyota (on Acme's recommendation) for them to tell me that the timing belt was not aligned, all of the wiring was incorrectly installed, a few wires were severed, and multiple bolts were completely missing. I was hit with a $1,400 bill for Kalispell Toyota (for fixing all the above issues). Acme gave me a check for $550 after I already paid them $1,800 to install initially and they took no Ownership other than to say that they may have messed up the wiring. TLDR: Acme incorrectly installed a timing belt, I didn't have a car for 3 months and had to end up paying bills to a towing company, Acme, and Kalispell Toyota (Kalispell Toyota fixed the issue) for something Acme initially incorrectly installed.

I am not sure of the name of the person I spoke with (that was overshadowed by his ridiculous attitude), but he was one of the rudest customer service employees I have come across. Firstly, from the start he acted annoyed with me inquiring and asking questions about what they could offer and how much. When I wanted to move from talking about one day to talking about another he would say things like, "well we haven't gotten to Saturday yet" with a sarcastic undertone. When I would repeat myself about something he would rudely say "Yes, that's the information you've given me," again with an annoyed/bothered undertone. He tried to make me feel like what I was asking for was too much and was trying to cut services (that would actually make them more money) when I specifically asked for them. I got off that phone call as soon as I could with my mouth literally wide open. I had to hold back as I really wanted to tell him what I thought about his customer service, or lack thereof, but figured this was a better place to do it. Some advice, if you don't like dealing with people and you find them annoying, you should not answer the phones for inquiries on the business you work for. Maybe another profession would suit you best, one that does not interact with the human race.
