He was super polite, friendly, and efficient, which was awesome to see in an installer. He also had no problem throwing on a mask, which we appreciated since my wife is 8 months pregnant and we have a 2 year old at home who cannot be vaccinated. Andy had come for the consultation, and made that part really easy for us. Everything was pretty straight-forward, and he was up-front with their pricing. Courtney was awesome with scheduling, and even accommodated my communication preferences with text and email, which I found super helpful as a millennial and a software developer :) I am very happy we went with them instead of the other guys that quoted our blinds, and I recommend them to anyone reading this.

As a licensed electrical contractor in Northern Colorado, we want other contractors and homeowners…read moreto know about our experience with Liberty Home Guard. LHG insisted on ordering the parts for the job themselves, even though they had never seen the home and have no electrical credentials. We had already told them what was needed. They ordered an industrial fan for a residential home. It was the wrong part, which meant a wasted trip and a long phone process to return it and reorder the correct one. The delay lasted nearly the entire summer, and the homeowner went without a solution during the hottest stretch of the year. When it was time to settle the invoice, an LHG representative took a verbal breakdown of the full amount over the phone. After the work was done, they said they would only pay for labor and nothing else. Our attorney also reviewed their subcontractor contract and called it gravely predatory. We will not sign it. LHG operates out of New York and makes decisions about jobs it can't see. Homeowners, you are better served calling a local, licensed electrician directly. We will never work with this company again.

They could have made it work and I may have never known but Brad insisted on taking it back to the shop to correct the defect. I'm thrilled! The gate looks great, matches my security doors and keeps my puppy Sage from wandering off.

We also noticed it was heavily leaning on one side and rather low hanging as well. We contacted Liberty Home Products and they sent Liam out to help us. He inspected the awning and gave us his honest opinion. Now listen, we assumed we needed a whole new awning. It seemed to be falling apart. He easily could have lied and told us that and taken our money. He didn't! He told us it was in great shape, and they could easily replace the fabric. Honesty is everything! We were very relieved. He answered all of our questions and even told us about the awning and some of its functions. We purchased the fabric from him and in under a month they were out with a small crew of 4 guys. They replaced the fabric, adjusted the awning so it was straight and raised it so it was higher. They were clean and neat and professional. Now we have a beautiful awning that looks brand new! We are very happy with the business and I highly recommend.

We had a great experience getting new blinds from The Blind Spot!…read more I was first introduced to them when I needed a repair on Hunter Douglas shades I had purchased from another retailer. It was a minor fix, and they handled it quickly and at no charge, which I really appreciated, especially after the original retailer stopped responding. That kind gesture stuck with me, so when it came time to get new blinds for our windows, I knew I wanted to get a quote from The Blind Spot. We started with a visit to the showroom, where we met Jerod, and later scheduled an in-home consultation so he could walk us through more options. At no point did I feel pressured or upsold. He focused on helping us make an informed decision based on our needs and preferences. The blinds arrived within six weeks, and Jerod installed them efficiently by himself. They look great! I also feel confident they'll be responsive if we ever need repairs in the future, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend The Blind Spot for anyone in the market for new blinds.

I requested a quote via their website and within a day, received a call (and follow-up text) to schedule my free in-home consultation. At no point during the entire process was there a "hard sell" or any other pressure to make a decision. My consultant, Suzanne, was very personable, knowledgeable and patient with me, which was a huge plus, as I had never bought window coverings and was somewhat overwhelmed by my options. I was grateful for her help! Ordering was very straightforward and there were no hidden fees or other charges that might otherwise have caught me by surprise. My shades took several weeks to come in, as they're all custom-made, but the installation took place shortly after they were received. The installer arrived at my home right on time and was incredibly friendly, had everything he needed, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. He also took my old blinds with him, so that I didn't need to worry about disposing of my old window coverings myself. We did come to find that one shade was several inches too short but the installer immediately contacted RMS&S and the situation was remedied very quickly. I appreciated that Suzanne contacted me once she found out about the error to assure me that the issue was being handled (which it absolutely was). I can't recommend RMS&S enough and would use them again should the need ever arise.
