One arrived with a very minor shipping imperfection -- something I honestly wouldn't have even noticed -- but the installer insisted on replacing it so that everything would be flawless. I just finished getting new motorized honeycomb shades for my whole house, a project we did in two stages to make it easier on the budget. I could not be happier. Everything about my experience from start to finish was just perfect. Shara was wonderful when she came out to measure and help me choose just the right window treatments. And in each phase of the installation she and Waylon were fast, gracious, and just so easy to work with. After the first phase I had to do a little bit of trouble shooting because there were some challenges associated with the initial setup and learning the motorization, etc. Shara stayed with me every step of the way as I emailed or texted with questions or problems. This was all over after the first 2-3 days and I am extremely happy with the transformation these window treatments gave my house. I thoroughly researched which company to choose in doing our whole house with new Blinds and found Budget Blinds of Healdsburg to be the best, and I am SO HAPPY I chose them. Speaking first with Shara, and looking at all her samples and then setting up an appointment for a free measurement and estimate. Shara let me choose what I preferred and NEVER tried to upsell me. We agreed on pricing and placed our order. Yesterday Waylon and Tyler came to do the installation. They removed and took all the old blinds and installed all the new ones while hand trimming some of the valances so they would set in deeper for a custom look. Waylon and Tyler were done with removal and installation of all new in about 4 hours and THE NEW ONES ARE BEAUTIFUL and work great. They also come with a lifetime no questions asked free repair or replacement!!!! Shara and Waylon are the owners and both are a pleasure to work with. We paid for blinds months ago we and understand there could be delays because of COVID16, however, I have been emailing and calling to see when we could get on the calendar for an install time/date and have NEVER RECEIVED a call back. Shara and Waylon made window coverings easy and fun. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but I knew we needed privacy since the windows are in the front of the house and along the main entrance walkway. I really like our window trim and didn't want to cover it up. Shara and Waylon heard me and were prepared with several sample choices and colors. After receiving the estimate, I had hesitations and called to talk to Shara about my concerns. They worked with us and gave us an excellent deal for what we received. We love our new window coverings. We purchased the "cellular" type blinds and love them. Also got some great quality vertical blinds for the sliding glass door.
