A few days later he completed the install and did a satisfactory job. Upon completion Tyler asked if we have any issues in the next 12 months that we contact him exclusively stating that he was "married to it" until then. Approximately six months later the unit began making a strange noise so I attempted to contact him (texts, calls, messenger, email) ....nothing no response. I was forced to call in an outside contractor at my expense (all should have been covered under warranty) Skip forward to 12 months later I realized I had no copy of the receipt so once again I tried making contact and got ghosted. In a text I simply asked for a copy of the $7150 bill and again nothing, so I was unable to claim it on my taxes. Extremely unprofessional and I'll share my experience with anyone who asks Don't use this guy for anything!!!!

He offered great advice on their use, and even made sure all of the necessary paperwork with the manufacturer was taken care of. I very highly recommend Energy Solutions of Maine.

On Sunday, the 14th, I had not heard anything about a time so I texted them confirming we were still good to do the job on the upcoming Thursday. After a day, I tried calling and did not receive an answer and was unable to leave a voicemail. At this point I assumed they were no longer interested in the job and I started looking elsewhere. On Wednesday, 3 days after I attempted contact, I was texted and they said they were still coming the next day. Thursday, the day of the job, I sat around the house all day because I never received a time to expect them to show up. Around 1:30pm I received a text that they had vehicle problems and were headed my way. 3:30pm, I texted asking for an update. I never received an answer and was ghosted. Definitely frustrating when you are re-doing a kitchen and have multiple contractors scheduled and work that needs to be done before other work can be completed. We now must find a new plumber and re-schedule the other contractors. I wish I could review their work but unfortunately I was left high and dry without a reason. Frustrating!
