I called him up because we were experiencing issues with our Navien CH-240 Combi-Boiler. So, being that I already called a sh*tload of other plumber's which either did not return my calls or bother to show up for our confirmed appointments, I was an emotional wreck. John picks up and listens to my desperate plea for help. So after listening to me John says "No problem buddy. I'll come by and look at it" and gives me a date. Now, John did have to reschedule which he promptly notified me of. Which was o.k. because this showed he cared enough to ensure that I wasn't just waiting in the wind. This is where he also get's 5 Stars for excellent communication. Alright moving on. John shows up On-Time for our rescheduled appointment and goes straight to inspecting the boiler. John discover's the problem (Cracked Heat Exchanger). John took care of everything from the Warranty with Navien to ensuring everything was good on my end in the house. After getting the warranty approval John scheduled the new boiler install the following week which by the way he showed up On-Time and as scheduled. During the install, I was downstairs bugging John about every plumbing related question imaginable. John answered everything politely and also gave me pointers on Navien boilers. Ok. here is where John takes the cake of being the best priced plumber hands down. After installing the boiler, John informed me of how to receive a Rebate from National Grid due to installing this boiler! Seriously, go look it up! I never knew! What a great guy. Trust me. You won't find a better plumber than John. If he has to reschedule, don't get upset. This guy is getting so much work and it's just him. He told me that due to a shortage of plumbers from young people not wanting to get into the trades, plumbers are in high demand. However, John doesn't price gouge like the rest of these companies. Don't look any further. Give John a call.

They did answer 1 or 2 questions and then said they had given me a lot of "free" information and they "hoped I would be using them" in a very rude way. I told them that at this stage I am just trying to get some general info and that usually companies assist you in the hopes that you will use them and he said "we are not an information bureau" and hung up on me. It passes inspection. Then we are taken down the drop ceiling and the plumbing isn't even glued it came apart. we are talking sewer pipe all over the place. I call him tell him I'm upset. he didn't care. my husband had to fix it. So we had him do a hot water heater. Had to get a reinspection. Because other things had to be done. He charges almost $400. to meet the inspector. This should have been part of your pricing when you charged me. It's your responsibility to get it signed off. This guy pulls up in a very expensive Mercedes. To an inspection. think he is overrated would not recommend.
